    I am writing to humbly request that you would be willing to make a "goodwill" adjustment to your reporting to the three credit agencies. I have several late payments on Ava Finance from 01/2023 to 12/2023. I have since paid the remaining balance on the account I would like you to please consider removing the negative payments from my credit report. At the time of the late payments, I was gravely ill. I did not have access to my accounts and was unable to update banking information. I say that not to justify why the payment was late, but rather to say that the late payments are not a good indicator of my actual historical credit worthiness. I hope that Ava Finance is willing to work with me on erasing these marks from my credit reports.I am currently in the process of buying my first home, and these late payments are the only detrimental items currently reflected on my credit report. I will be forever grateful if you make this good will correction. Learning to manage credit properly has been a core part of adulthood for me. I paid the account as soon as I gained access to my account again. I am still recovering financially from my sickness. I may be reached via email at *********************

    It's been over a month since I've paid your company and nothing has posted to my credit or showing to my credit report yet, also I've sent emails that have yet to be responded to not to mention made numerous phone calls none of the numbers are operable. payment was taken and nothing to show.

    i am not liable for this debt of late payments with Ava Finance . They are violating my rights to have late payments on my credit report. (a)Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637(b) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.(b)Grace period If an open end consumer credit plan provides a time period within which an obligor may repay any portion of the credit extended without incurring an additional finance charge, such additional finance charge may not be imposed with respect to such portion of the credit extended for the billing cycle of which such period is a part, unless a statement which includes the amount upon which the finance charge for the period is based was mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than *********************************************************************************** order to avoid imposition of that finance charge.

    Ava finance stole $9.99 out of my account for a subscription service I did not authorize or sign up for and when I disputed the transaction and called them they said they cannot issue a refund even if the charges are fraudulent.. they are hacking stealing and selling customers data to the highest bidder

The membership fee was charged for account set up, registration and reporting of your new credit line. I understand you recently closed your membership, however, the membership fee for setting up your account is non-refundable. This may not be the response you had wanted, however, keeping in line with our policy, we are unable to refund the membership fee, particularly since the *** card was used outside of our policy.     My credit report from Ava finance **** is incorrect and needs to be corrected. They need to update my credit report and corrected to paid and close it stating that I have 120 day late payment which is false. I have the information which is the following pictures.     I open the savings account with *** and March 2024 and I also open the line of credit with them in 2024. I have had multiple problems with my bank account getting unlinked and not being able to re-link it to my account being under review for months And not being able to use my account and now my credit score for *********** has dropped 24 points because *** reported my credit line of 2500 as zero available credit and zero balance that impacted my trans unions score 24 points. I need that corrected immediately.

    I had an issue with a bank account of mine and had to close said account. Tried to update my account with *** and the app says its updated, but the app will not let me make a payment with either that account or even a debit card, causing me to fall delinquent over 5.99. I do not need a late payment on my credit report, especially over an amount so trivial and that *** is refusing to let me make that payment, even after contacting them multiple times. I just want to pay off what is owed and move forward. How hard is that and is that too much to ask for?

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against AVA Finance ***** as I believe they have violated my rights as a consumer. In May-June 2024, AVA Finance **** reported a transaction on my account as late to Experian, Transunion, and Equifax. I disputed this transaction, requesting that AVA Finance **** provide the necessary documentation required by law to support this late payment report. Instead of addressing my specific request, AVA Finance **** responded by stating that the transaction was accurate. My dispute, however, was not about the accuracy of the transaction, but about obtaining the legal documentation that justifies their decision to report the payment as late. As per 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments, a creditor cannot consider a payment on a credit card account as late unless they have reasonable procedures to ensure that each periodic statement, which includes the information required by section 1637(b), is sent to the consumer at least 21 days before the payment due date. I specifically requested this information from AVA Finance **** to determine if they adhered to these legal requirements. Despite my request, AVA Finance **** failed to provide the necessary documentation and did not follow the required procedures to verify the late payment. It has been over 30 days, and they have not properly verified the information as required by law. To report information as verified, AVA Finance **** must have sufficient evidence to confirm the accuracy of the information and ensure that it meets the conditions outlined in 15 USC 1666b. AVA Finance ****'s failure to provide the necessary information and their disregard for the legal requirements for reporting a payment as late constitutes a clear violation of my consumer rights. I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter and help hold AVA Finance **** accountable for their actions. Account #********************* Account #:*********************?
