  My experience with ***** has been nothing short of excellent. I was in a bit of a tricky situation and she was able to help navigate and get all of my needs addressed. She exhibited top notch professionalism, knowledge and the utmost in care/kindness. She was able to answer all of my questions and perfectly resolve any difficulties I had. My experience with Brilliant Earth has been great and Simra not only was up to that standard but went above and beyond. Thank you.

  My fiance and I had a fantastic experience working with Brilliant Earth throughout the process of leading up to our engagement and since in the process of getting our wedding bands. Each individual we've worked with has been super knowledgable and incredibly helpful in getting us everything we needed along the way.

  I was very pleased with the online ordering process. We ordered 2 wedding bands and received them right on time. We ended up needing a resize on one of the rings and a style exchange on the other. The customer service line was very helpful throughout this process - I ended up calling them a couple times for status updates. The new rings came sooner than expected which was great and much appreciated!

  Nothing but good a experience since buying my fiance's engagement ring a year and a half ago. Accurate updates from purchase to receiving in terms of shipping. I picked the size based off other rings she has so it was a few sizes too big. Re-size process was easy and very quick turnaround. We went a summer and she decided she wanted to go down another half size because she thought warmer weather would expand her finger to fit the ring but it did not. This time we dropped it off at a show room as we were looking at wedding bands. Went to pick it up a couple weeks later and they cleaned it for free. Was in another city that had a showroom to look at wedding bands and they also cleaned the engagement ring. Again, we've had nothing but a very positive experience with Brilliant Earth.

  Do not buy from this scam of a company Brilliant Earth!! The customer service is horrible! The ring I bought had an ******* fall out within 2 months of wearing it, I did nothing to make the ******* fall out. I sent an email the day it happened and it has been almost a month with no response. They do not care, Ive read horror stories from other people that have sent their jewelry back for repair and it takes months to get it back from them. Youre better off taking it to a reputable jeweler in your city, you wont get your money back anyway because BE will blame any damage on you. I finally went somewhere with mine and they are having a terrible time getting an ******* to stay in without it breaking as soon as they bend the prong back down. That tells me BE never secured the ************* correctly in the first place. They told me its the most difficult project theyve had yet. The ring was designed poorly and it was definitely not worth the almost $1000 I paid for it. I do not want other people to go through what Ive gone through, so please go to a nice jeweler in your area even if it cost a little more, it will be worth it in the long run.

  Specifically have to call out amazing service from *******************************! He went above and beyond my expectations while ordering an engagement ring. It arrived earlier than expected and she loves it! Great jewelry and excellent customer service, cannot recommend enough!

  Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. They shipped me a damaged product and are not excepting accountability. It has been 3 months and it hasnt been resolved.

  I recently purchased an anniversary diamond band from Brilliant Earth in ********, **. I wasn't sure what I wanted. The consultant was patience and provided education about the lab created and natural diamonds that they offer. During the appointment, the available selections were plentiful, so many styles and options to choose from. I selected a band and made the purchase. As promised my ring was ready for pick in two weeks. The pick up appointment was like a celebration! My ring fit and it was truly brilliant. Within two weeks of wearing the ring, I realized that I was only 90% happy with the ring. I did not like the diamonds all the way around the band and I wanted the band to be a little wider. I contacted the store and they made an appointment for me to come back and try again. I worked with the same consultant (****). It is was a wonderful experience. I was able to return the ring for a full credit and purchase another ring that I was thrilled with. I received the new ring earlier then promised on 7/19/2023 instead of 7/24/2023. and I am 100% happy with my new brilliant anniversary band. Just in time for my 31st wedding anniversary (August 1st). Thank you **** and Brilliant Earth for a royal experience and quality products. The services was outstanding and the ******** ***** staff are delightful.
