In March 2024, ***, a contractor working on behalf of PG&E, caused damage to our property. I promptly reported the incident to PG&E; however, there has been no substantive response or plan from either TSU or PG&E to resolve this matter. Despite my repeated requests for a clear, actionable plan to address the damage, neither company has followed up with me or taken responsibility.Furthermore, *** initially attempted to deny their presence on our property, despite my possession of video evidence showing them on site the day the damage *********** addition, I have made over five documented attempts to notify PG&E that we do not permit individuals to enter our property without prior approval. Our property is marked with five visible No Trespassing signs. We have requested that contractors provide a minimum of 48-hour advance notice and receive explicit written and verbal permission before entering. Nevertheless, on 10/21 at 11:51 a.m., I confronted another contractor on our property without authorization. When I requested his name, he initially refused to provide it. This encounter, like the previous, has been recorded on video. This situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate action. I have previously contacted ***** *******, who is assigned to handle our claim (Claim #A24542118). Despite yet another follow-up email 4 days ago, I have received no response from her or from ****I am requesting the contact information (email& phone number) for a senior representative at PG&E who can:1.Take immediate action to repair the damage to our driveway, the damaged tree, and the displaced wood chips caused by TSUs vehicles.2.Implement and enforce a clear protocol to prevent further trespassing incidents on our property, in alignment with our posted signage and prior written and verbal requests. This is a legal requirement and must be observed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt response.Initial Complaint

*** repeatedly sends people onto my property unannounced to cut down trees or branches. I have told them repeatedly they need to inform me before they arrive and get my permission before they cut down anything. They also bring very large trucks up and down my driveway, which are damaging the sides of the road at my great expense to repair.Pge does not communicate with his contractors at all, and people are constantly showing up here on my property who have no idea of what has been going on before.I have spoken to ****, a supervisor at PG&E, more than once gotten nothing but halfhearted apologies. There has been no improvement in this problem, which has been going on for years.Ive always been cooperative with PG&E, but they are not holding up their end of the bargain in terms of communications or approvals.Initial Complaint

We are building a house here ***************** Yountville and not having any cooperation from PG&E regarding the new service. We have been at their mercy for nearly 10 months. The house had to be built using generators because of PG&E's late and often times inaccurate scheduling. They are unresponsive and continue to delay the activation of the power. All I'm able to get from the Electrician of record is "PG&E is saying it's on their schedule without any projected date". This is causing us hardship as we are not able to have the **** in working order to keep the property dry and not have damage to the new drywall installation as well as getting the finish electrical installed and finish this job.Initial Complaint

PG&E ********** Collection Unit is trying to charge my wife, ******* ******, $14,373 for damage to their pole that has nothing to do with her/us. My wife sold her car to a private party on 2/19/2024, and immediately filed Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability (***.) Apparently, the buyer didn't transfer the car into their name and crashed into a pole on 3/11/2024. ************************ filed a report and named my wife as the owner based on the uncompleted paperwork they found in the car. I have provided PG&E with the *** and they are refusing to accept it. A Damage Claims Representative named ****** ******* refuses to connect me with her supervisor or legal counsel at PG&E. I have communicated back and forth with her in about 15 emails, where I have everything in writing. PG&E wants further proof from CA DMV, beyond the *** I have provided them, which they refuse to get themselves. The *** website is incredibly clear, that my wife did everything properly, and we have the *** as proof. If PG&E wants further proof, they are welcome to request via *** whatever they need. This has wasted so much of my time, and I refuse to let PG&E target us and make this cost us money (fees to request documentation from ***, the actual claim they're targeting us for, etc.) It is predatory at this point, and the PG&E Representative has been unprofessional and making decisions she does not have the authority to make - again, all captured in email.Initial Complaint

I am a senior residing in a two bedroom one bath apartment. I barely if at all use my heater and/or air conditioner this past winter or summer months. I live in a downstairs unit and I keep my blinds closed during the day. I rarely use my stove, maybe once a month if that. Over the last 4 months my PG&E bills have been over $200 a month. It has taken funds from many of my other obligations. I contacted PG&E to successfully discuss my bill. I pay my bills on time and have paid all of these outrageous amounts. I have tried to reduce my monthly cost by conserving wherever I can. I have an ongoing medical appointment three times a week up to 4+ hours each day. No utilities are being used during those times. I am baffled as to why my bill is so high. I was told that I could reduce my bill by $30 a month but my primary physician needs to sign the form. Even with this discount my bill is extremely high. I do not qualify for other PG&E discounts as due to income. In June 2024 my bill was approximately $210, July $209, August 261, September $238 and my October bill $230. This is outrageous as PG&E has the monopoly on this service so I have no choice but to pay these high prices!! One of my relatives live in a neighboring county in a house and their bill is less then my! I just dont understand how that could be!! I am asking PG&E to lower the cost of their gas and electricity services and make it affordable!!Initial Complaint

Just moved into a condo. First month used no air, and did not use electric during hours of 4-9pm. My bill was 150. The next month the usage was only for one person instead of two. The electric went up by 50% even though I still did not turn on air and use electric during hours of 4-9pm. For both months my gas bill was exactly the same usage and cost -$70. This is absolutely ridiculous for a 2 bedroom condo especially when no central heat at all was used and one load of laundry done a week. I called *** and was asked if we had propane tank--nope. She looked and saw that the meter was read both times per the system, not estimated, yet my usage was exactly the same by day and total from one month to the other even some days no one was there. The *** thought that was strange as well so she said she would send someone out to read the meter. I would like *** management to reach out to me as this last bill of 260 was absolutely insane considering there is 1 resident in the home and is there only for a few hours in the evening--with extremely minimal electric and heat usage. Something is very wrong here!Initial Complaint

I submitted a fraud tip to PG&E two months ago and action has still not been taken. Two people are living illegally at ******************************************************** and are using a name of someone who is and has been incarcerated in a ************** this whole time. Six months have gone by with them using a false name and non-payment and still PG&E has refused to take action and turn off the power. Meanwhile raising the rates for others who do pay their bills. What does it take for some type of action to happen? It's completely wrong that law abiding consumers who pay their bill have to front the cost of these criminals. It's easily a bill of $1k that will never be paid now six months later.Initial Complaint

I have lived at the current address about4 years and every year with a slight rain or wind we have experienced prolonged power outages. We have had outages at least 4-5 times per year and this does not happen to other areas in ************. This week we have had 3 power outages that lasts hours and in this heat warning conditions it can be dangerous to some people. *** has not been proactive to prevent power outages in this area. I would like them to service the area appropriately so we can have one year without any power outage.Initial Complaint

I have been fighting this company for close to 4 years. Im tired of them ignoring my calls and requests to be removed from their list. No matter what I do, they continue. I will attach a few for you to review and please note that my responses do have foul language in them. Also note how on each email they send there is no option to unsubscribe. When you try to, you have to log into an account. My email is no where in their system, but I cannot get off this list. I demand the company respond and remove me once and for all.
