I recently within the last year had ordered weight loss medication after my sister told me about this website hers that had helped her lose 10 pounds. I was feeling kind of bad about myself and thought Id give it a try as well so I ordered some that weekend and put my debit card down not anything about it. I got the medication and it has done. Absolutely nothing for me but even worse is that five months later they have auto refill with my card and I cant cancel it or remove my card for being charged so I just got charged $400 after I asked them to charge me so this company I feel is fraudulent and its just trying to get peoples money based on the fact that theyre not basically not paying attention which seems like a scam. I tried to remove my card from their website and there is no option other than adding a different card that they can charge. Its a complete scam and Ive seen on the internet that this has happened to numerous people and it needs to stop. Ive already contacted my bank to dispute the charges because I asked them not to fulfill the order less than an hour after I noticed j hit the wrong button and they told me it was already in process and then the same day I was charged $400. I was enrolled in the Hers weight loss program through Hims & Hers ************, which included *********, **********, and a combination capsule with **********, **********, and B12. While I lost over 20 lbs, I began experiencing troubling side effects from the ********** numbness and word-finding difficulty after a dose increase.On April 22, 2025, I completed a routine survey through the platform and reported no issues. However, in the weeks following, after a higher dose was prescribed, I began experiencing significant neurological side effects. I reported these side effects on May 21, but did not receive a reply until May 22 a concerning delay given the symptoms.Meanwhile, I had already been charged $395 on March 14, 2025, for a new medication kit even though I still had leftover pills from October and had not asked for a full refill/kit. I had only reached out to discuss a weight plateau, and accepted a higher dose for only *********. Later, when I raised safety concerns about ********** and asked about tapering, the only response was an offer to prescribe a new $395 kit. When I declined due to cost, they canceled my subscription without advising how to stop ********** ********* now working with my primary care doctor to taper off the medication. This experience felt unsafe and financially exploitative. Im submitting this complaint to document my experience and help others avoid similar risks.I am requesting a refund of the $395 charged on March 14, 2025. I need to change my shipping address and it is extremely difficult to find a place on their website to do that. As they are shipping expensive medication I should be able to contact customer support without hours on the computer going back and forth to no end.Business Response

On May 9, an order was shipped out to me but the package never arrived. It's been noted as delivered but after checking with neighbors, my building, and adjacent apartment buildings I haven't found anything. This is the third time this has happened with Hims, and this is just unacceptable. I don't want to do any further business with Hims due to how unreliable this medication service is, and they are refusing to offer me a refund for medication that never arrived. I discontinued a subscription medication one month ago, with a three-month renewal cycle. I intended to cancel due to the high cost, anticipating a notification email 48 hours to one week prior to renewal processing. However, I received no such notification. I contacted the company within 24 hours of the pending credit card charge, but they refused to cancel the transaction despite the shipment not yet being processed. I received a broken / leaking serum (was supposed to receive 2 not just 1). Upon opening the package there was fluid everywhere!! I just moved into my new place. I am attaching the email correspondence back and forth from support. I AM ASKING A ONE-TIME COURTESY REFUND OF $175 DUE TO SEVERAL FACTORS. 1. I only received ONE BOTTLE! 2. That Bottle was broken!! 3. Theyre asking me for a photo which I dont have because I threw it away! Why would I keep this dripping everywhere!? Im asking someone higher up. Hello,Today I noticed I was charged for a refill of a yearly supply of medication from Hims. This seemed odd, as I was under the impression that my active subscription was not due to renew for over a month from now. Upon inspection, I noted that this was ********** prescription was due to renew June 24th, 2025 and the next refill was set for August 9th 2025. Upon learning this information, I reached out to Hims summer service and politely requested a refund. In the email attached, one can see that the Hims representative stated there was nothing to be done.There are points of contention, however. One, I was told I would find information regarding my renewal in the messaging area of the app. This is incorrect, as one may see when referring to that screenshot. Second, I was told that "subscription adjustment requests" must be made within 48 hours before the next refill. May 17, 2025 was the date when the last refill for my prescription was shipped. The first refill corresponding with the money withdrawn from my account on May 17, 2025 is August 9, 2025.Business Response

Date of the transactions was within the past month and a half (ongoing) Medication switch was promised to me with no extra cost for anything even after I verified it multiple times Business did not try to solve it. They just cancelled my order (which they never told me wasnt shipped out BUT INSTEAD which they said WAS going to be delivered to my door soon) and dismissed me being upfront and honest with them. I was promised a change in medication after trying the first medication for only two weeks but suffered side effects and asked to switch. They agreed and promised to send a 12 week supply at no charge. Which then after waiting multiple days with zero communication of delivery or shipping, I reached out only to have them immediately cancel my order and tell me a representative got it wrong even though I asked MULTIPLE times.
