      Hello,Today I noticed I was charged for a refill of a yearly supply of medication from Hims. This seemed odd, as I was under the impression that my active subscription was not due to renew for over a month from now. Upon inspection, I noted that this was ********** prescription was due to renew June 24th, 2025 and the next refill was set for August 9th 2025. Upon learning this information, I reached out to Hims summer service and politely requested a refund. In the email attached, one can see that the Hims representative stated there was nothing to be done.There are points of contention, however. One, I was told I would find information regarding my renewal in the messaging area of the app. This is incorrect, as one may see when referring to that screenshot. Second, I was told that "subscription adjustment requests" must be made within 48 hours before the next refill. May 17, 2025 was the date when the last refill for my prescription was shipped. The first refill corresponding with the money withdrawn from my account on May 17, 2025 is August 9, 2025.

      Date of the transactions was within the past month and a half (ongoing) Medication switch was promised to me with no extra cost for anything even after I verified it multiple times Business did not try to solve it. They just cancelled my order (which they never told me wasnt shipped out BUT INSTEAD which they said WAS going to be delivered to my door soon) and dismissed me being upfront and honest with them. I was promised a change in medication after trying the first medication for only two weeks but suffered side effects and asked to switch. They agreed and promised to send a 12 week supply at no charge. Which then after waiting multiple days with zero communication of delivery or shipping, I reached out only to have them immediately cancel my order and tell me a representative got it wrong even though I asked MULTIPLE times. Id like the medication promised to me at no cost like they said. Thank you.

      I started a Hims subscription for their hard mints and am very disappointed with the results. I got all the side effects without any of the benefit. I purchased a 3 month dosage hoping the product would work as advertised but unfortunately it didnt. I reached out asking to process a return and was denied my request. I would not recommend their products be used as its false advertisement.

      Date of initial transaction - May 6th Original package was marked as delivered by **** but never arrived.After a complaint to Hims via their support portal about the package, they automatically initiated a new shipment. After reading reviews about the poor business practices of this company I decided to cancel my subscription.They are denying me a refund.

      I was charged a reoccurring charge for a subscription I did not sign up for. This was a one-time purchase. They will not refund the money because they said the product is about to be shipped. I do not want the product and did not ask for a second order.

      I had issues with HIMS due to lack of follow up and bad medication side effects. A representative at HIMS contacted me encouraging me to try for a different kit. I didnt do it because of previous experience with side effects that their product gave me and then I was charged for the same kit. There was no follow up from them after that initial conversation about side effects. Why would you charge me again for the SAME kit that I said wasnt working. Getting charged twice $395 for medication that was specified that does not work isnt great. I cant use any of this medication no matter what kit they say I should get.

      I purchased a medication from Hers on Sunday 5/11/25. I feel that I did not adequately consider the decision and was pressured by aggressive advertising techniques, and immediately regretted it. After looking for the refund policy, I discovered that as soon as an order is placed, it is impossible to refund. I have now received my order and it sits unopened, as I do not intend to use it. I would simply like to return or dispose of my order and receive a refund after what I perceive as myself falling victim to predatory and unethical medical and advertising techniques.

      WAS CHARGED 384$ ON 5/17 FOR UNWANTED 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF SILDENAFIL FROM HIMS. COMPANY AUTOMATICALLY FILLED FOR 1 YEAR ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED AND NEVER AGREED TOO. A COUPLE EMAILS CHECKING HEALTH STATUS AND IT WAS DONE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. VERY POOR BUSINES PRACTICE. REQUESTING FULL REFUND.

      I cancelled my subscription because I was side effects with the drugs they sent me. They were informed through their check-ins months ago and I was told the subscription would be cancelled. It was not and I was charged today. I tried to contact them and they said they can't help me.Additionally, I don't even live there anymore so I can't review the package. I have no way of contacting a person to tell them this.
