They dont send out reminders for annual renewals so if youre not lucky enough to find out where you can cancel your subscriptions on their website (because they make it incredibly difficult to find) and you dont remember something you signed up for over a year ago they will charge you for a whole other year and give you no explanation on why they never sent a renewal reminder nor a solution for your issues. 10/10 would NOT recommend this business.

My experience has been very positive. For the sake of convenience, you can't beat having an online medical advisor prescribe and assist you with weight loss treatments. I used Hers for that, and also for hormone-related hair thinning. Both treatment plans have been effective for me. Most of the negative reviews I've read complain about the fact that the users have had side effects or that the medications haven't worked for them or that their medical care team hasn't been as responsive as they'd like. This seems obvious to me, but I guess it isn't to everyone. If you want very personalized care, it's best to see a doctor in person. And these are MEDICATIONS being prescribed, so they may have side effects and/or each person may not respond to them the same. I found my ********* team to be responsive when I had questions and helpful to offer alternative suggestions when a specific plan wasn't doing the trick for me.Hims & Hers Inc.

I subscribed to Hims for weight loss Glp-1 therapy. It worked exactly like I hoped with minimal side affects. They were well worth it. Highly professional and recommended for men and women.Hims & Hers Inc.

My experience has been great. I looked to hers for weight loss help after putting it on in 50s and having trouble stopping it nevertheless losing it.I am losing pounds - 15 so far and feel so much better.I check in on the app with my progress and if I forget it the app reminds me.Thumbs up ????Hims & Hers Inc.

Terrible Company, terrible customer service. I subscribed to 3 months of their weight loss program which did NOT agree with me - particularly the ********* which is a diabetes drug. I cancelled my subscription, but a couple of weeks later automatically shipped the 3-month package. When I contacted them, I was told to refuse the delivery, which my postal carrier handled. Hims acknowledged receiving the unopened package, but refuse to issue a refund of the $395 that is billed to my ******* NOT use this company! Horrible experience, ******** customer service.... I have contacted the credit card company and will be opening a complaint with the NY District Attorney.Hims & Hers Inc.
