      Inflection inaccurately reported consumer report information to AirBnb - leading to an unfairly adverse business action. Inflection inaccurately reported a pending case - where there is in fact a writ of habeas corpus showing I am actually innocent of charges - inaccurately as a finally adversely disposed case. Inflection needs to correct this blatant disinformation so I can be back in good standing with AirBnb. To be clear - the disposition is there is a writ of habeas corpus now for actual innocence - and this has not been reflected to AirBnb.

      I few years ago during the pandemic I was trying to rent a room from Airbnb and was immediately blocked and deactivated behind a company called inflection risk solutions. I told them they made a mistake because I'm not a felon and a member I'm the US Armed forces and they have not responded to what I have sent them in order to get this stuff corrected. I have a clean record, and I should have never been blocked to begin with. I would them to do their job and change that so I can use airbnb and I want apology because they have not done their job in a timely manner. Which is highly unprofessional.

      Today, I booked an Airbnb through their platform, only to have my reservation abruptly canceled because of an inaccurate report from Inflection Risk Solution. To make matters worse, my account was also deactivated. This situation is deeply concerning and requires urgent rectification. According to their report, I'm supposedly charged with Robbery 2nd and Robbery 1st, despite having a clean record. How can such a glaring error end up on my background check without any basis?

      I own a short term rental company in ******, ******* with *************. We use Airbnb as one of our online travel platforms. I was banned from Airbnb in November, 2023, because of an egregiously incorrect background check report from this company after having been a member of Airbnb since 2011. This has negatively affected my business and is completely wrong. I have also tried on numerous occasions to contact this company and it is impossible.

A dispute is formally in progress to investigate the records initially included in his report and such investigation will complete within the *****required time frame. Upon completion of the dispute reinvestigation, **************** will be contacted with the results via the email address associated with his Airbnb account. If changes are made to his report Airbnb will also be notified.

      Im so tired of these background check companies doing the bare minimum. I have the same name and birthday of some career felon in ******** and have had my Airbnb account removed because this Background check pulled his information. Instead of investigating they just send these details to Airbnb and without any further investigation my account is banned. How is this good practice for Inflection or Airbnb? Im sure there are plenty of lawsuits coming their way. Last time a company did this I got a nice little check so Ill wait. You guys need to do your job better. If something comes up you need to confirm its actually the person before sending their data out and causing damage. Now youre going to take your sweet time figuring out its not me but the damage is already done. Class action lawsuit time. If youre going to do background checks do a thorough job. Cant believe Airbnb trusts you to do these.

      The background check company call Inflection had my Airbnb account canceled for something they claim to have found 39 years ago that I don't have any recollection of ever happening. I need my account with Airbnb reinstated.

      This company shared an inaccurate background check regarding me with airbnb. Resulting in my account being deleted and my vacation rental that has been booked for 8 months being canceled 1 month away from my vacation date. The charge that they shared I was never convicted of and the case was closed as well as sealed. I am not a felon and drinking a beer when i was 20 years old and getting an underage drinking violation is not sufficient grounds to ban someone from airbnb. Providing inaccurate reports is ******* to an upstanding citizens good name. I will be contacting my lawyer first thing Monday morning. I have a clean record.

      I appreciate the company making a timely effort to investigate the claim and to report the correct information to the parties involved. Acknowledging their mistake.  As is their business model. However,  as a direct result of the actions of this company, I have been harmed. Through gross negligence by inflection for not overseeing the personal information that they are reporting to the world for inaccuracies. The fact remains that this company reported false information about me to others resulting in my airbnb account being deleted, my vacation being ruined, and direct/indirect consequences up to this point unknown depending on who else they have been furnishing false information to. This report on record from the Better Business Bureau will stand as testament to those facts.

However,  as a direct result of the actions of this company, I have been harmed. The fact remains that this company reported false information about me to others resulting in my airbnb account being deleted, my vacation being ruined, and direct/indirect consequences up to this point unknown depending on who else they have been furnishing false information to. While I appreciate them investigating and reporting accurate information after the fact. I am still suffering from the consequences of their actions.       Inflection Risk Solutions, LLC cancelled a reservation with Airbnb that I needed for my daughter's wedding, due to a background check that clearly does not belong to me. They said it would take as much as 30 days to resolve and to refund my money. It took them less than 30 minutes to make this determination, yet they are going to take their time to clear my name. I have read several complaints and articles about class action suites against this company. Why does Airbnb trust them with such a bad reputation? Not only has my reputation been questioned, but I have been sent arrest details belonging to someone else. I consider this to be a violation of their privacy as well. I honestly believe this company must be a scam operation.
