      I received an email saying that my SOFI Debit card changed from The Bancorp to SoFi Bank. I don't have a SoFi debit card or any account with Sofi. I tried to reach them and they have it set up so it is impossible to reach them. So I tried to use the lost or stollen option and the recording says due to high call volume to try again later. Really, if one of their customers had a lost or stollen card they say try again latter. I don't know if someone opened an account using my information without me knowing or how they had my email. But want I learned is SoFi cannot be trusted and I want a confirmation that no one opened an account in my name and now I know if I ever needed to get an account not to use this company.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I don't have an account with SoFi and the email I received from them was referencing an account.  If this bank does not know who is a customer, or not a customer, what does it tell you about this bank?  Some companies need to be monitored.

      Received an email that said there were changes to my debit card. I don't have a debit card with this company. When I tried to email them, the email went nowhere. I tried to go to the website for contacts info and it tried to force me to download the app just to find what I needed. I finally got the chat to work, but it's a bot that just says call an agent and gives a number that goes nowhere. I tried calling several times and it's always a busy signal. How is that even possible in this day and age? I want to contact them and make sure ***** has opened an account fraudulently under my name, but it is impossible to speak to an actual person.

      I have an investing account with SoFi connected to my bank account. I have two big problems with SoFi. 1. I'm trying to withdraw funds and close my account. They've made it impossible to do so. The chat with an agent never works. Then it tells you to call their phone number ************. You call, and the phone rings busy. So how are you supposed to get ahold of them? This is happening during their listed business hours. 2. I received an email from them regarding a SoFi debit card. I don't have a SoFi debit card. Again, the chat with an agent doesn't work during business hours, neither does he phone number, so how am I supposed to check to see if my info was hacked or if it was an error? All around bad business. I just want my money, my accounts closed, and to be done with SoFi.

      Today (02/24/2023) SoFi reached out to me regarding an update to my SoFi Debit Card. I never had any SoFi Debit Card or was never a SoFi customer. I suspect they fraudulently opened a debit card without my consent. The SoFi customer care number is not reachable, the customer care email bounced back and the chat option needs an account (which I don't have since I am not a customer).

      I applied for a loan with SoFi and uploaded my drivers' license as identity verification. My license has an older address printed on it, even though the *** has my current and correct address, as do all of my bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts. It is incredibly common for drivers' licenses to have older addresses printed on them as the *** only regularly issues new cards when the license is renewed every 10 years, not every time you move. SoFi denied my application based solely on their "inability to verify identity" and refuses to work with me to provide additional identity verification. Their representatives' recommended course of action is to keep applying, but their system does not even allow me to do that. If not for the fact that they've already done a hard inquiry and pulled my credit report, I would just go to another company, but I'm trying to avoid having multiple inquiries when there is no legitimate reason this application should have been denied.

      I applied for a credit card through their website. I received a call at 8 oclock in the morning asking to call back to verify my identity. I did sell several hours later. I was told by the representative that because I did not verify my identity, my application was denied. Im not sure how quickly you demanded that I verify my identity, but I called back the same day. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the representative said that was not possible. This may have damaged my credit, as well as caused me to have aggravation that was unnecessary. Please reinstate my application and approve it, and please consider more reasonable customer service procedures.

      On Jan. 26, I noticed that a deposit had been made of my daughter&#**;s SSI check. The moment the deposit was made somehow a ********************* P2P himself my daughter&#**;s check. Now my account is closed and they will not refund me the check. I never made a deposit and the only deposits made were from Social Security. They told me it was my fault and I need the money back. They closed my account. The main part of our income was my daughter&#**;s SSI check.

      I opened this digital account in October and made 2 deposits. Then they locked out my account. They are extremely difficult to contact but when I do finally reach a person they say that they are going to return my money, yet they it has been months now. They are not applying the interest promised and they have essentially stolen my money.Please note in the attached images transferring the money back is disabled, the "more" option is disabled and the last deposit was made in early November. They will not allow me to report an issue since I first attempted this months ago and the account has had the same "under review" banner since November. The chat tool will not respond to contact. And I have gotten no return emails.

      On February 15th my Checking account was hacked and 1000$ was transferred out of my account. As well as my information being changed. On February 16th I reached out to Sofi bank to have them fix this and put my information back to being correct. Instead my account was frozen and a "investigation" was started. I haven't heard anything from them since and it has been 8 days.. All my money is stuck in this account on top of the 1000$ that was stolen. They seem un interested in fixing this issue that their security team failed to stop... I feel extremely helpless

      I HAVE A PERSONAL LOAN WITH THE **** ON THE *** IT SAYS PAYMENT IS DUE 03.24.2023 AND I PAID ON 2.21.2023 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN'T PAY MY LOAN MORE THAN 15 DAY IN ADVANCE OF DUE DATE, WHICH IS NOT IN WRITING ON THERE CONTRACT. THEY WANTED TO ***LY PAYMENT TO LAST MONTHS PAYMENT WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID ON 2.10.23. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SIMPLY INTREST LOAN AND THEY ARE MAKING UP RULES AS THEY GO ALONG. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A BREECH IN THE FAIR LENDING ACT
