    I would recommend Staybridge Suites to family and friends. It was a pleasurable experience and staff is cordial and very professional. From booking to checking in & out.

    Comfort inn was inexpensive by comparison for the area. Bad news, hotel had a strong smell of marijuana in certain parts according to other guests who smelled the same pungent smells. Hotel staff had only minimal knowledge of amenities nearby - for example the park and ride facility 1/4 mile away (the hotel clearly accommodates air travelers). Finally, the booking company will ask you to complete survey(s) after the stay. I did hear jet noise from takeoffs and/or landings. Not a big deal for me but something to be aware of. I had no major issue with hotel room cleanliness. I was seeking a budget hotel and I would stay there again if I needed it.

    Super Travel is a complete scam! I wish I did my homework beforehand. I had a refund from the hotel we booked through them and they will not send me the refund. First they told me I had to get the paperwork from the hotel, I completed that. Once I sent it to them, they asked me about 50x for the "B_" number. I provided it from the very first time. What they do is keep you running in circles so that they don't have to provide refunds and think you will just go away. They finally answered my last email and told me that if I wanted the refund, they would charge my bank account $30 as a transaction fee. Please do not waste your time and money by using them, they are a complete scam.

In cases like this, we have found that it is most effective to take concerns directly to the hotel management. If something goes amiss during your stay, please let the hotel know directly. Its their role to make you as comfortable as possible! The only exception that would allow us to issue a refund or compensation would be if you had reached out directly to the accommodation, and they send you our way because you have reached an agreement. In that case, you must ensure you get written confirmation that they will discount or refund your stay, outlining the date of stay and guest name. In this instance, to speed up the process we have escalated to our Support team, who will be reaching out to the accommodation to request compensation on your behalf and will follow up with you as soon as possible. We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

    I booked a hotel through Super Travel Booking. They werent even cheaper, they were just the first ****** result. What a nightmare! I have never been in a situation as exasperating! Three days before my stay, I called the hotel to ask a couple of questions about my stay. On this call, I discovered that they had no record of my reservation. I spent an hour on the line with them trying to understand. The confirmation number I received in the paperwork from Super Travel meant nothing to the hotel. That was the beginning of the 6+ hours I spent on calls with the hotel and Super Travel, getting pushed back and forth with no communication between the two parties. It didnt take long for me to understand that this was a problem on Super Travels end. They are incompetent and intentionally overbook with unrealistic prices. You pay them and they dont even begin the process of trying to get you the hotel room you paid for until after youve paid and you think youre good to go! I literally got texts and emails the day of my stay with instructions for check in but the hotel still did not have my reservation.Today is the day of my stay and I still dont know what will happen but Im not hopeful. The customer service at ********************** is deplorable. They literally read from a script about how they are sorry but all they can do is pass the info to their escalations team. No help, no resolution, no effort. Im hours away from my stay and they are telling me to just wait and see if I get a response from their escalations team. They should not be in business. Hotels should not work with them and ****** needs to remove them as a search result. They are criminals and this is pretty close to a scam. Save yourself from the stress and NEVER book through them!!!

    Booked a ***** Hotel/Casino through this website and had no issues. After booking per website needed to wait a couple of days for the reservation to show up in the Hotel/Casino own system. Sure enough when called to confirm, my reservation was there. Checked in, Checked out with no problem. Will booked through them again.
