      I want my StitchFix account to be deactivated and permanently deleted. I have received 3 Stitchfix orders. All three have included blouses that have loose threads and that are ruined after one washing. I requested only machine washable clothing and that request was not honored.I tried to close my account and there is no option to delete/deactivate, only to "pause" deliveries. Not on the website, not in the Help section. I Googled for answers and found an email address that other customers had posted. I wrote to that email and my account is still open and I am still getting spam emails trying to force me to schedule my next package. This is not a business; this is a scam. Please help me deactivate and delete my account.

      The company known as stitch fix will not allow me to delete my account or cancel my subscription so I have been forced to pay for random clothes I do not want that show up to an address I dont live at. They refuse to cooperate with me and the only solution I can find to this issue is getting a new debit card.

      I ordered a no commitment product from this company. Now they don't seem to understand I no longer want the product. They keep sending me packages. I have contacted the seller 5 times to quit sending me their product. Now I'm at a loss! Can you please help me out with this situation?

      I ordered from stitch fix paid the start up fee and answered all sizing questions. My first order was missing a top and completely sized wrong. I emailed the company to inform of missing items and incorrect sizes. I was told that I would receive a credit on my account and a new order sent out ASAP. I returned the wrongly sized items without the company asking me to do so. My order was never sent out, I reached out to the company and was told it was coming out asap, I received a message that my order was set to ship but later that day I received another message that my account was cancelled due to me not returning the first order. The previous rep had searched the tracking number and informed that *** had missed a scan and couldnt track it. Due to this not being my fault the replacement order was being sent out. Now the company will not respond to any emails and disabled my account so I can not contact them via the app chat. My account should not have been cancelled. I have added pictures of all the email communication.

      I arranged for a "fix". on 4/6/2023 I was charged a $20 styling fee. On 4/9/2023 I was charged a second $20 styling fee. I tried contacting the company through their email, through their chat, and by telephone but I have had no response, and there has been no credit issued either to my account or to my credit card.

      On March 25th, 2023, I put in a Stitch Fix order request. The order said it was delivered a few days later on March 30th, 2023, and it was not delivered at all. They told me to wait until April 3rd. 2023 for a resolution which I did. I contacted them and now they are saying an additional 48 hours is needed. This company literally is so shady and keeps changing the date for when this "resolution" is supposed to happen. First is was April 1st, then it was April 3rd, and now they need an additional 2 days. They are trying to scam me so I have to pay full-price for these items that they never delivered to me. If I get charge for this Stitch Fix I will be reporting any charges from this company as fraud as they would have been done without my consent or approval.

      So after subscribing to I was waiting about a week and a half for my box to show up which my box never showed up. I went ahead and reported it with the ***** and the company and they advise me to wait couple days in order to get a replacement which I did and I went ahead and spoke to someone via chat **** via email and the indicated to me that my box was going to be re-delivered and there wasnt gonna be no issues the same day. My account was deactivated and I was contacting customer service in order to get this resolved. They keep saying that my account is inactive and theyre not listening to me that I did not receive my order another case I had another account, which not active and they said because I had multiple accounts therefore they had to deactivate my account which I indicated I only have one account **** still waiting to this day for my order all Im asking is for this company to make a right and reset my order that was promised

      I have referred many of my friends to Stitch Fix and still have around $300 credit left in the account. Stitch Fix just closed my account without notice.They told me the following in the email after I reached out "Upon review, it appears that the account in question was created with a referral promotion. The referral link used appears to have been shared by another user in a manner which violated our Terms of Use, invalidating all associated referral credits. "They said my account was created with other people's referral links and the other people violated their Terms of Use, so they closed my account as well. this does not make any sense.

      StitchFix's website does not allow me to delete my account. I can clear out deliveries, but they don't allow me to delete the account. No link is provided and no phone number is provided. I've looked up ways to delete the account and each set of instructions does not correspond to the current website design. They must be changing their website to make it impossible to delete accounts.

      I would like to file a complaint against the company called Stitch Fix. All of their communications with me NEVER divulged, or stated clearly, that if I returned all clothing sent to me, I would STILL be charged $20. I would NEVER agree to such a plan, ever!I'm furious that they are allowed to deceive the public in this way. I NEVER order products from online sources that don't offer free returns.
