Package shows that it was delivered. Total cost of the package retails at $311.95 emailed Stitch Fix my account was suspended due to a package stolen off my porch according to my ring doorbell. The driver took it back after scanned it as delivered and walked away with it, the picture shows packages delivered. I emailed the company stated it they told me Ive violated the terms of conditions of Stitch Fix. I received a credit to return to stitch fix. If I ordered a fix they would waive the $20.00 fee. I was weary as they seem to select clothes that dont fit my personal style and I had an issue with them charging me for returned items. I decided to try again as I needed office clothes due to a promotion. I got the fix and I was very unimpressed with the clothes. I submitted my return but had to go out of town. I sent them an email letting them know Id be late on my returns (there isnt a late fee but if you dont request more time theyll charge you for a purchase). When I returned I sent the items back to the post office. Two weeks went by and I was charged. I emailed them inquiring why and they claimed not all items were accounted for in the warehouse. When I asked how they confirm all items were received they emailed saying we can not share the details of our proprietary investigation she also refused to escalate it to a manager or supervisor. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and am hoping for a resolution. Be very careful before investing your money into this company.Initial Complaint

I created a Stitch Fix account which I never went back to view. I noticed on October 25th that I received an email stating "it's time to return unwanted items." I was not concerned because I had not received any shipment nor did I continue with the process of signing up completely for $20 I believe. So I figured there must be a mistake. But just to make sure, I checked the hall of my building where deliveries are made for days and eventually weeks and never received a package from this company. Then 3 weeks late my account was charged stating I had not returned the items I did not wish to keep, so I was charged. I explained that the package never arrived to me. They basically said too bad, read the fine print. This case is closed. There was no attempt to assist in any way. I live in an apartment building and over the years have had occasion to have deliveries go missing, especially when sent via **** as was the case with this. They were extremely unhelpful and dismissive and worst of all I am out of $300 with no merchandise.Initial Complaint

I received a personalized shipment at the end of May that was more for cool weather. I quickly tried everything on to be sure it fit and then put it away for the fall. I pulled out the clothes in October and noticed one of the sweaters had a hole in it. A $58 sweater. I emailed right away to see if there was anything that could be done. But since I was out of the 30 day return window there was no budging. I emailed back and forth a few times to make sure they actually understood that it was brand new with tags on and just out away for the summer. No options. I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. I have cancelled my subscription because I am in awe of the lack of customer service.Initial Complaint

Hi I had a stitch fix account and it was closed bc they said I had another previous account. They charged an old credit card from a different account that I did NOT authorize. This card isnt even in my name. I tried contacting them numerous times but they never get back to me. It is being reported as an unauthorized charge on the debit card. I am 100% going to pay for my last stitch fix order I just didnt authorize that card to be charged and I would like the money refunded and charged to my own credit card.Initial Complaint

I reached out to the company to verify that a set of returns had made it back to them. Instead they sent me the wrong tracking number and tried to claim on multiple occasions that I had not sent anything back to them. I finally had to show them the correct tracking number for them to verify the business and when I did they told me that my account was bad and they were closing it for not returning merchandise. Their service is extremely outdated with really bad practices on top of their clothes being extremely cheap and low quality. This company has not been good since 2015.Initial Complaint

I ordered a stitch fix back in September. The wrong address was put in when asked where I was getting the package shipped to. I contacted stitch fix and they stated that the package was delivered to the correct address and there is nothing they can do. So I signed up for stitch fit I was supposed to receive my delivery packet on Thursday but I got a message from ***** that the shipper intercept my package and is returning it back. I have no idea why this is happening. They deactivated my account without me knowing Im really confused on why this is going on I never violated any terms or condition, I signed up because I saw it on a commercial and now they deactivated my account and my package sent back to them for no reason Ive been sending numerous of emails to customer service to figure out whats going on and they say that someone is getting in contact with me Im just trying to have my package sent to me like it was going to, but not sure why the shipper intercepted and stopped my package from coming to meInitial Complaint

I woke up this morning, October 24, 2023, to Stitch Fix charging me $153.19 for a fix I have already checked out and returned. There was no notice they were about to charge me this and I had not even realized that the fix had not updated tracking even though it was dropped off at the post office. The customer service team was awful and less than understanding. Refused to refund my money or help in any way and said they will not refund me until the tracking updates. I have cancelled my account and will never do business with this company again.
