I am not being treated fairly my roof started leaking terribly a few months after application of the panels,when they said I wouldnt have a problem. When my ceilings started leaking in my spare bedroom,about 3:a.m the ceiling fell, scared me half to death.called them, they came out & it was determined that it was their fault, they were improperly placed. They took responsibility for that and fixed it,then a month later it happened again in my bedroom bathroom, they said it wasnt the panels,so a roofer came & checked, I have his findings I was responsible for the fixing and clean-up. Called another roofer who said he could patch where he could see the problems, when I kept seeing watermarks, we decided to just replace the roof! The new roofers. Removed the panels, when I told Sunrun that, they said I was in breach of the contract because I did not want them back on my new roof! They refuse to come & get them, I want them off my property. The panels have been down since since March, they continue to **** me even though I stopped paying them in May, I was told I have to pay them for the next 5 years. I still have nightmares regarding these falling ceilings, regardless, I dont want them back on my new ****** roof, I just want them off my property. I have photos and evaluations of all the events, please advise. The **** is up to almost ****** now with no electrical power going to them, since March, I was only sent 2 bills from the electrical *** that said do not pay, so whats good was the panels? Please advise: I dont feel I have been treated fairly: please advise, *************************Sunrun, Inc.

I have been fighting with SunRun to get my system turned on for almost a year. I have had to sign and re-sign so many contracts I am at the point of total frustration. It has been1 year. At one point my electric **** DOUBLED because supposedly the system was on but causing the meter to charge instead of credit me. There has to be some legal way for me to resolve this but they are counting on people like me to not do anything. I am at **** end. I am losing money and now I am scared to have them remove the panels because I don't trust that they wont damage my roof. Yes I would rather pay 3k to remove the panels than deal with them but I am worried. What do I do?!?!?Sunrun, Inc.

My solar panels are not producing much energy. My panels have not produced any energy in over a month. They have not refunded me for that time it has been down. They were suppose to fix them and they haven't shown up.Sunrun, Inc.

Sun Run representatives kept showing up at my home at least twice a week every week, until I finally gave in and decided to give them a chance (Big Mistake). Its been Eight months since the process began and Four months since the installation of the solar panels and still the system is not turned on as yet. I have friends who started their solar journey months after I did and they have their system up and running, (by the way, they used a different company). Ive been getting nothing but excuses and dumb explanations as to the reason why its taking so long. It takes a tremendous amount of effort and time on the part of the customer just to get someone at ********************** to speak to you regarding your account. All of Sun Run Employees seems to be under qualified, uneducated and untrained The whole point of going solar was to save money on my energy bills each month and I havent saved a dollar. Its costing me and my family in other ways, stress, anxiety, frustration and regret. Sun Run and its employees does not respect their customers all Ive seen them do is string them along with no end in sight.Please BewareSunrun, Inc.

03/09/2022 Contract signed, all Contract and application was under my name. 05/16/2022 Solar panels installed 06/15/2022 Contacted ************************* since no appt. is scheduled yet for inspection. Apparently since upgraded panels were installed. They need to re-do original docs I signed and sign it again. So we're back to square one. The document was now under my spouse's name, I brought this up with ****** and was assured it is not a problem. 06/29/2022 Goodleap sent an email reminder for first auto pay sched for July 18 2022 07/06/2022 Reached out to ****** Sta **** and also called Sunrun's toll free # since I could not reach ******. No updates. ****** assured Sunrun can help mitigate Good Leap bills 07/13/2022 Inspection appt still not scheduled ****** finally picked up my call. ****** Documents signed, I have to email another **** since ****** is unable to confirm on whose name should it be (me or spouse)07/28/2022 I have not heard since 7/13/22 even after several call w voicemail left and text messages. Emailed them w auto response that I will hear within 2-3 business days. I never received any email response as well. Still No inspection scheduled, Not sure if ****** documents successfully went thru, meanwhile I'm paying both my electric company and Solar panels that are none functional. No one has returned my call.Sunrun, Inc.

I am frustrated with this companys lack of communication and the financial strain that it is placing on me. I was interested in solar in the fall of 2021 and was directed to Sunrun who sold me on their product via a ****** membership. I trusted them because I trust ******. Seven months later I have solar panels in my roof that are not connected to the grid and both the loan company and ****** are charging me. The first month this happened I emailed my project manager and they had just realized that when my inspection was done the inspector and the sunrun consultant neglected to take into account the panel upgrade. They sent me a reimbursement for that months sunrun **** and another inspect came by a week and a half later. Mind you, I have had to take days off of work for all of these inspector visits or pay someone to stay here for them. Another month passes and I am again paying for both ****** and sunrun with no news on when Ill be connected to the grid. I emailed my project manager 7 days ago but she has yet to get back to me. I tried calling their number and wasnt connected to anyone, I did leave a message. I also chatted online with a consultant who told me that my project manager would contact me, which has yet to happen. Looking back, going with this company feels like a major mistake and it is placing an unnecessary burden on me financially. I should also mention that the sales rep told me that a bird guard would be included to my project but I dont believe I have one. Im frustrated and I hope that writing this review can help expedite my assistance.Sunrun, Inc.

The company is neglegent. On June 14, 2022 the control panels and converter blew up right where I park my car. Had I walked out there at that moment it would have caused great bodily damage or possibly kllled me. Instead it hit my car causing $4189.00 damage to my car. With that said they did finally send a check for that. I have not received one email or phone call from the company as to what they where going to do about the system failure and explosion. I have made collectvely about 12 phone calls to the company for answers just to be transfered multiple times still with no resolution. I did sign a ******************************************************* that contract it does not state that the contract can not be voided, system taken down and roof repaired if there was an explosion and damage. It does say that that they would continually monitor the system for maintenance and trouble. Well the company did not even know that there was trouble. So much for monitoring the system after five years of operation. This system has only created another **** for me, I have not benefited from this system at all. To date not one phone call from them to update me on fixing the system or taking the system down. Today July 27,2022 I had an appointment for a second assessment to have the system removed. Again no show and no phone call until well after the window of time alotted did the field guy called and said he was not coming no parts. It was only supposed to be an assessment to determine the take down of the system not fixed it. Which he had no clue. It is dangerous and the system needs to be removed. I placed two calls today with a promise to have a resolution no phone call back and still no resolution has been made. This company has no reguard for human life or safety for their consumers they are only worried about the contract not being noleified. Please help!!!Sunrun, Inc.

I signed contractual agreement with Vivint Solar . The new parent company Sun run is not honoring my contract . My system has only been performing @ 50% capacity since 2018 and as of July Ive had a complete system failure. Contract states 95 % ***************** guarantee. For the life of contract . I was supposed to receive credit in the form of cash compensation for the loss of system performance during 2018 and 2019. No comps or credit was gave . So Ive been paying summer electricity bills in the range of what they were prior to solar system as well as lease payment . In the hight of these summer months the earliest someone can look at the system was a two week wait time . So Im stuck paying APS AND SUNRUN . $600 monthly utility payment to keep the power on. Or get an attorney.Sunrun, Inc.
