When I signed a contract for *** run, they promised that if they broke any tiles, they would repair them. Three years later, it starts raining in my kitchen. Apparently, they broke close to 50 tiles. They never came back to fix them. They couldnt even send a roofer to stop the leak. They told us that if we hired our own, they would reimburse us. Three months later, they still havent paid the contractor. It was just a Band-Aid. The roof needs to be fixed. They have refused to fix our roof and Im afraid were going to get a lien on our house because they havent paid the contractor my ceiling inside of my home needs to be fixed as well. The contractor for the ceiling said it was not a good idea to fix it unless the roof has been taken care of which sun has refused to do. It has been a nightmare, dealing with them. They have not done anything. They said they would do. when they first installed our solar, it took about 6 to 7 months to turn it on now. I cant even get a phone call back we owe the roofing contractor $2500. It still needs to be fixed and my ceiling needs repair and they refuse to take responsibility for it.Sunrun, Inc.

On 4/28/25, I reached out to Sunrun via email advising them that a street over from my residence caught fire. The investigation by the ************************************ determined that a rodent had caused the fire with the Solar Panels. The Fire ******** advised all homeowners with Solar Panels to engage with the solar panel provider to do routine maintenance checks. No one responded to the email, but I got a text 4/30/25 stating that they were running a check on my panels there and they would get back to me in 3 days to schedule a check on the panels. I gave them 4 working days, and I reached out to them again because no one had contacted me. The gentleman on the end of the phone proceeded to tell me that the in house run on my solar panels advised they were not generating anything. #1-why was I not contacted in a timely manner before I had to call and ask the status. He could not advise me as to why I had not been contacted. Then he proceeded to tell me that the earliest appointment for someone to come check on my panels was 7/30/25, yes, over more than 2 months away. So, I asked him, so my panels are not producing anything to the grid so that means that I am losing money until the panels can be fixed? He still could not answer me and at this point this is unacceptable. Stop worrying with getting new customers and take care of your existing customers with highly important issues. Also, all this has been documented and saved and in the event of a fire at my residence, you have been told, and you are putting me off and will have to answer to higher **** I need answers now!Sunrun, Inc.

This company is a scam. There salesman lie there butts off to make a sale and leave home owner just plain screwed and dont care . I had to cut off my cable and hang my clothes on the line because I cant afford this junk . People say awaySunrun, Inc.

My system has been working great for over 5 years now. ****** ****** originally came to sign us up and was super upfront and honest about everything. We recently installed a pool and hot tub and called ****** to add more panels. Thank you Sunrun and thank you ******!!!Sunrun, Inc.

They were rude to me. I was scheduled for an interview (I have a bachelors and experience) and they kept putting me off and sending me to the end of their queue like some slave or sweatshop worker. This is not something Id want to be affiliated with. Besides, are people even benefiting from their ****inducing monthly contacts?Sunrun, Inc.

I have been a SUNRUN customer since Oct 2021. Just recently NOV. 2024 my solar just stopped working nobody contacted me or even knew of the situation until I called and complained because I noticed my electricity bill had skyrocketed. I also noticed that there was no connection from my solar. Since then I have called, ,sent letter and emails and they take months to get back to me and on top of that they keep rescheduling my solar appointments without contact. There has been no effort to inspect the issue or help at all I have lost all hope with this company. I dont even know what to do I feel like I have been scammed and pushed into a corner because my electricity bills have been thousands of dollars a month and still paying the solar loan that doesnt even work. I have millions of receipts and emails from this company of neglect and terrible customer service. It is now MAY 6 and my ********************** is still off going on almost a full year of me contacting. Legal action may be the only way to get help from someone.Sunrun, Inc.

Fast talking saleman promises you updates to electrical systems in your home at no cost. All lies no truth to his words. Nothing but a big SCAM, Solar panels only account for 15% of their capacity. Saleman states that Domion will be paying you for energy. All BS.Sunrun, Inc.

We Signed a contract Lease Sunrun on June 29, 2021. Been Having Problems with Sunrun's solar system from Oct. 2024 and started to monitor our electrical bill which has been going up. From $75.00 to $100.00 monthly to now $279.00 last month. Contacted Sunrun in Jan. 2025 stating there was a problem, and they stated that are aware of the problem. They said that they will run and monitor a Systems Analysis. We called the electric company in March 2025 to see if they see a problem and they stated that they are not receiving a draw if any from the solar system. No call No show on a schedule home appointment on April 23, 2025, between 7:00 am - 1200 pm HST. numerous phone call to them and get the same story (Running a System Analysis and are aware of the problem).Sunrun, Inc.

Sunrun double charged my account and will not give me a timely refund. I'm asking them to resolve this now but they are insisting it will take 3 to 4 weeks. I should not have to wait on a mistake to rectify at my expense when a company wrongfully charged my account. I'm really upset with their service and have to constantly monitor my account now.Sunrun, Inc.
