    I have bought a pair of pants from them. I bought from them because they stated they have a specific return policy and listed a specific email that I could reach them at. When I bought the pants they were a size too large. I accept responsibility for this. But, I have reached out to them for an exchange and they are refusing to respond.This leads me to believe they were lying about their return/exchange policy. I would like to make sure other customers know how difficult this process has been for me, and I would like my money back, in full. Sadly, these people simply are not capable of properly running a business and I would like to sever all ties with them going forward.

    Hello,

     

    We have resolved this complaint. We were barely given 24 hours to respond to the customer before this complaint was submitted and the customer had asked for an exchange, not a refund. We have sent him a return address label, as seen in the attached PDF. We have up to 7 days to honor returns, as stated in our return policy which is available on our website (https://stashedsf.com/pages/shipping-returns).

     

    We would like this complaint removed as it was lodged against us before we could investigate the request and has since been resolved.
