    I have had an MRI, CT scan and ultrasound performed at this center. I have had to pay for each test, in full, every time I go even though my insurance has been submitted and approved and I have a zero dollar copay When I have questioned each payment at check in the front desk says that's what I owe and isn't covered by my plan. Not true, was never true. After speaking to my insurance provider I was informed I should never pay a bill, it should be sent to insurance then the insurance company will bill me. My ********** rep I spoke to said I needed to find another place and never go back there. That's from an insurance provider!. Once i called radnet out for this practice of billing, someone actually called the insurance company and found what I was saying to be true. Either this company is completely incompetent, the people working there are completely incompetent or they could care less about basic common business practices. In my experience all 3 are true. For people having insurance and still paying upon arrival, how many are not getting a refund? This company is shady at best and needs to be investigated for their business practices. Insurance fraud and double billing come to mind as a good place to start

    Receptionist Becky was rude to everyone she checked in. She kept complaining everyone was off and it was just her today. Receptionist stated they are always behind 2 hours. Receptionist stated if I didn't like it I could leave. Even after I told her I had been waiting for 2 hours already for my appointment. Receptionist told other customers this is just how it is.
    I am going to make sure ALL people I know DO NOT come here. I will also advise my military primary doctor to remove them from their list of locat6to do referrals to.

    This place deserves negative stars. I truly have no idea how they are even operating. The absolute worst, most unprofessional and unorganized imaging center. This is the third time my appointment is being cancelled; my doctor put in an order for a biopsy and unfortunately I got approved to go to this place. A day before my appointment I get a call at 6:30 P.M. cancelling my appointment because the radiologist is sick. They move my appointment to a month later. I wait a month and again, the night before they call and cancel my appointment for the same exact reason, the radiologist is sick. At this point I’ve had enough so I ask them to send me somewhere else and they send me to another location in Encino. I must add that I called this place twice the day before to make sure my appointment is confirmed and they said yes. I get to my appointment and wait about 20 minutes and I hear the receptionist cancelling the appointment who was there before me for the same exact procedure so I knew mine was to follow. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that that specific location never does biopsies and it’s their first day and the company just came and dumped all of the material in the room and it’s a mess and they left. I’m disgusted by this entire company and I have no idea how they are still operating. I tried to call corporate but of course it went straight to message. I truly hope that does company gets shut down because majority of the locations operate in this manner. I will never go to a Radner operated imaging center again.

    I was referred to that place. I called and said come in we do walk ins.. the minute I show up front content person said we don’t do X-rays from til after 3 come back another day. Second time I show up later than 3 pm counter employee says that the technician leaves after 3. So now I make an appointment, they take my ID and insurance card and they get me down for a Wednesday morning. I show up to my appointment to find out that who ever made the appointment didn’t check if if they took my insurance. Not only do Both counter employees have such a bad attitude they can’t even do their job right

    Unprofessional and gross negligence practices at Radnet call center:
    We were contacted by a scheduler named Paola S. at the California Radnet Center to confirm a post-radiation PET scan that was scheduled 3 months prior.
    The agent, Ms. Paola S.:
    (1) ordered to speak directly to the patient, and
    (2) refused to accept the appointment confirmation from his representative. While at the same time,
    (3) she refused to check the record to confirm that he needs and has a representative listed.
    (4) Additionally, Ms. S**** also refused to reach out to the patient directly to fulfill her order to speak to the patient, his number was listed as secondary on the file.
    This complaint is not made to Ms. Paola S., but to the Radnet imaging center as an organization. The act of refusing to confirm a long waited scan for a terminal patient is tasteless and cruel. Especially when the patient stated in Mychart and Radnet profile about a need for a representative, as he has developed a speech impediment post-radiation and chemo for his T4 mouth and throat cancer.
    Ms. Paolo S's display of unprofessionalism and gross negligence reflected a poor training and quality assuring program at the Radnet imaging center. We will continue to share our experience with the communities of patients and terminal patients. We trust and believe that patient care should be handled with compassion, not delayed by employee fabricated red tapes, and not by a 1-star rated business on the BBR.

    Terrible. Went in for a appointment to be told after waiting 30 minutes they didn’t have a technician. Rescheduled to have them cancel the appointment. Manager doesn’t return calls.
