      I took my vehicle to get an alignment and they told me that my rack and pinion was bad so I replaced my rack and pinion with a brand new one that I bought from an auto parts store and went back to them and have them do the alignment again, when I drove the vehicle there it was a little off aligned but it was still drivable after I left from getting the alignment my car was not drivable my wheels were bouncing every time I hit a bump when I was trying to go straight it would not allow me. I just don't understand how I left an alignment shop worse than how I drove my car there

      On May 6, 2022 I went to super cheap tires located at ****************** in San Jose California! I got four tires and an alignment done and it's only been two months and the tire they replaced mine with ended up blowing up on us with all four children in my car, my husband and myself who is currently six months pregnant! I came down here and they refuse to change my tires and it led to us having to contact the police due to the dangerous situation they put us in! They tried saying that they don't do alignments With chamber sets however my car is completely stuck in doesn't have a chamber set because I do not have wide tires on it!
