  **************** *****************************, the coordinator, did a fantastic job. ***********************, the *******, was punctual with his crew. He explained everything that needed to be done. He worked feverishly with his crew. They were all very nice and did an outstanding job. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of their work. I would very highly recommend Black Diamond to anybody who needs paver work done.

  After getting bids from 2 companies, we went with Black Diamond and are very glad we did. Although the quotes came in at around the same ************************ (our PM) threw in a few "extras" that we thought were worth it. We absolutely love our new backyard patio pavers. And when the crew discovered extensive tree roots and we decided to slightly change the perimeter of our design, ****** and the team were very accommodating to us. I would highly recommend ****** and Black Diamond.

  The first landscaping contractor we contacted was Black Diamond Paver ************************************ where we met *******************, Assistant Regional Manager and ********************* Specialist/Project Manager. During the initial site visit, which lasted 5 hours, we explained our design ideas, preferences, options and requirements. As we walked around the front and back yards, ***** took detailed measurements of the prospective layout and then helped us think through in the pros and cons of our initial design and landscaping material choices. At the end of the visit, ***** entered the key data from his survey into his computer and presented us with a detailed rendering of the project. He explained each element of the design from demolition to site preparation to product installation together with pricing. More importantly, ***** established with us a sincere rapport and high level of trust that clearly indicated he and Black Diamond would be partners with us to guarantee a successful project. Its always great to feel like you've developed a positive, trusting relationship with a company that will be working on your home.The project (19 July to 07 August 2023) finished on time, and both the process and outcome exceeded our expectation, which we set very high from the outset. The work from demolition to site preparation to product installation was completed at the highest level of care and craftsmanship. We were impressed with the high quality of work, particularly the installation of the artificial grass and the pavers. Even before the work was completed, passers-by said how beautiful the front yard looked. Since then, weve received many more compliments on our new landscaping. We thank **************************** and Black Diamond for an excellent, stress-free experience, and for giving us a functional, impressive, enjoyable front and back yard. We highly recommend ******************* and Black Diamond Paver ************************************.

  Project details - Our backyard has a steep incline with a large semi-flat area at the base. It was pure mud and weeds when we began. We had a severe drainage issue and were looking to maximize the flat area. We ultimately landed on 180 ft of linear retaining wall (3.5ft high), French drains installed behind the wall, ***** Sq ft of pavers with set-in drainage throughout, a 5 step slab staircase, 1k sqft of mulch beds (playground grade), fruit trees and a drip line. Meeting/Design phase - We met with several local companies and knew instantly that Black Diamond was the choice. They have a very good reputation and are known for their high quality work. ***** was our project manager and is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and just all around a great guy. We planned to start work in February 2023, which had historic rainfall that delayed the project. We didnt actually start work until the end of May. In that time period we made about 30 design change requests (sorry *****). ***** was extremely responsive and understanding with each one of these requests. Our final design was a result of ****** expertise and attention to detail.Construction Phase - A 2-6 man crew worked 6 days a week 8am to 5pm. All crew members were very friendly, professional and kept a very clean work site. The crew removed and replaced a section of our fence each day to accommodate our dog and small children. Materials were delivered multiple times throughout the project and were always on time (no delays to work). There were a few instances where we asked for changes to the work that had been done and each one was met with ***** and quick remediation. End result - It is better than we imagined. It was a big project that completely transformed our backyard. We will definitely be using Black Diamond for future projects. The price for the project was similar to other quotes we received and ***** worked hard to help us stay on budget. It was definitely worth the investment.

  We recently hired Black Diamond to convert our dying lawn into hardscape and planting areas. We had the pleasure of working with designer and project manager, ******, who took excellent care of us from inquiry, to design, through inspection and sign off. ****** was creative and, most importantly, collaborative, as we weren't 100% sure what we were aiming for. He made sure to understand our goals and worked with us to come up with a creative design that stayed within out budget. The Black Diamond crew were on-time, respectful of our neighbors driveways, worked all day on the project, and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project. They promised us it would take 1 week and they wrapped ** in 4-1/2 work days! I would not hesitate to use Black Diamond again and/or recommend them to our friends and family. We love the end product and our only regret is that we didn't do this years ago. ****** and his crew are THE BEST!

  We hired Black Diamond to re-design our large front yard and driveway. They were very responsive to our request for a quote. The project manager came out to measure everything (more than 1.5 hours of measuring) and explained to us how Black Diamond would work with us. We already had a couple of other quotes that were cheaper, but we decided to hire Black Diamond. This was not only based on their Yelp review but also on how we appreciated the project manager understanding of our need.Due to our house remodeling, we had to delay the start of the paving project for 3 months. The start date came and went but we didn't hear back from Black Diamond. It turned out that our project manager left the company. We got a new project manager assigned. ****** contacted us right away to get our project started. He was very responsive to our need and could be reached easily via phone, email, or text. Taking over someone's else project is always a challenge but ****** was able to work with us to get everything on track.Our ******* was *****. The crew was very professional and work very hard. Our project was delayed here and there due to the winter storms, but it was still completed in reasonable time. The crew did a great job and cleaned up every day. They were respectful of our yard as well as the neighborhood. The driveway and the yard just look beautiful. We got many compliments from our neighbors.Our project was completed in February of 2023. We liked working with Black Diamond and ****** and booked them to transform our backyard too. We will provide more review on the backyard work once it is done. It is done by a different crew.

He was very conscientious regarding my project. He asked the right questions that I needed guidance on. Super nice guy and a real pressure to work with.

  There are multiple reasons why I recommend Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape to anyone considering a change to your outdoor space. It begins with a design and, for Black Diamond, ************************* prepared ours. ******* was also our sole contact person for the entire project and she was frequently on site to answer questions and inspect progress. ******* filled ** with confidence from the very beginning by her warm manner and insightful suggestions for the best use of the space. She is a pleasure to work with and I never felt she was attempting to steer ** toward the priciest option, which was very refreshing. She simply desired to design what we described to her we wanted with our outdoor space and, in our case, she nailed it. ******* professionalism extends as well to ****** and his very professional crew who implemented the design as well as the folks in the ************ back office at Black Diamond. All around, an extremely good company that designed and implemented our gorgeous patio. I cannot recommend Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape enough!

  We were super concerned about time as we had little - BD and their crew (**** and ****) just did a fabulous job starting our patio and then their work gave us the confidence to expand the scope of the project. Nicely done. Would call them again anytime I need help.

  Black Diamond just completed a landscape in my front yard. I worked with *************************** who designed and oversaw execution of the job. I am extremely happy with both the result and the process. ***** was easy to work with and she really listened to what I wanted rather than just doing her own thing. I would highly recommend this company and ***** in particular.
