    On 10/13/21 I went to this store to ship out a item with DHL. Upon arrival the employee working at the time took my invoice and began making two copies without informing me that this would cost money. After I decided not to ship with this store because they lacked the appropriate container for my item the employee demanded I pay for the copies of the invoice. When I asked how much it took several minutes for the employee to even figure that out when it should've been communicated to me before the copies were made. After paying 82 cents, I asked the employee for the original of the invoice which she somehow could not find. Instead I left with one of the copies to another store and had my item shipped. I've reached out and the store owner has offered me a refund if I return the copies which is impossible as I left one there and took one since my original was lost by their employee.

    I apologize you had to go through this incident at my location, but we might have a misunderstanding at some point. I was told by the employee that you came in to drop off the DHL package, but your package did not have the 3 customer invoices so she had to make the copies, which we do charge a printing fee for the copies. Her job is to insure your package get there without any delays. However, I do apologize on her behalf as well as the business that we didn't have the correct box for your package, that you had to take it elsewhere. I'm sorry to inconvenience you, but I sure hope you could have reach out to me instead of reporting my business to BBR over 82 cents. That was very harsh sir, since I wasn't at the business to know the full story that you only had 1 copy of the invoice. I could have reimbursed all your money, and would have offered you some other deals if I could even have the chance to know the actual story. Please reconsider removing this complaint and let's resolve this matter in another way. I don't want this to hurt my business. Please understand, the economy is already hard as it is already, please help me not make it harder. I would really appreciated if you can understand for me.
