      eBay suspended my seller account without providing a clear explanation or a way to appeal. I was selling handmade candles and apparel, and I believe this may have been triggered by a misunderstanding or automated system.I am requesting a manual review of my account and an explanation of the suspension reason. I am willing to provide any documentation required to resolve this matter.

      I have been selling on eBay for over 20 years. The seller's are being put in bad situations. With all the new postal regulation and shipping issues, they are holding the seller's accountable and charging the seller the shipping fees and not waiving the eBay fees while refunding the buyer's while an item is still in transit. If the item gets delivered it is up to the Seller to get the buyer to pay them and to pay for the postage if they want it returned. We have 3 days to resolve while the post office and *** Ex are taking up to 6 weeks and not issuing refunds to anyone, ever though it states items are insured. Just beware and make sure to read all these reviews before you commit to selling on eBay. Things are changing. eBay has come up with a arbitrator, why do you need one if no issues, and it is impossible to get through to one. Everything is just denied.

      DO NOT buy from sellers in other countries on eBay. They won't provide a return label.I bought an item from a seller in *****. The item was trash (not as described). eBay refused to issue a refund after the buyer wouldn't provide a return label. The buyer wanted me to pay for the return label and then they would "cover the cost". They also wanted my ****** account information. Super sketchy.Talked to a bunch of morons in ***** (customer service) and got nowhere.

      Thieves! They charge you if a buyer returns an item I somehow lost $200 selling a $400 item that the buyer returned!

      Since eBay no longer provides any real customer service support sellers are getting away with fraudulent actions. I purchased a buy 2 get 1 free item and contacted the seller numerous times to honor the offer without any response. I cancelled another separate order minutes later and was told 3 days later my cancellation was denied because it was too late. Who matters to eBay more the seller or the customer?

      If I could leave the stars, I would as a single parent Ive been selling with eBay on and off over the years I needed to sell for Christmas presents for the kids this year and I did well until eBay refused to pay me out in October and Ive been waiting since October of last year for over $500 sitting there of my money and they keep telling me Theyre waiting for somebody to review my account or maybe wait 170 days from the date they kicked me off of eBay in case of any possible dispute, which there are none. Everythings been shipped. This is ridiculousand still have not given me a specific reason why Im not allowed to sell on there anymore. *** never sold false items and kept in touch with all my customers.

      Bought a part on eBay that stated it fit, but didn't. When I returned the part, I was charged double the $5.99 shipping fee that I paid to ship to me!! The eBay seller is a scammer!

      Very poor excuse for security. I want to remove my account and never do business with these people again. They are awful when it comes doing stupid stuff. Security code...even when they repeat back to you exactly as you said it, and you checked what they sent, and they match, they still say call some other representative, I don't have time to waste like this. If I have my password, and my email, why do they make such a big deal? No one else has my email or my password, yet they want to make it difficult. I will not do business with them ever again. They are no longer a company worth my time.

      It's a good way to get customers from a distance, but its a TERRIBLE way to sel things. They take 13% of your sale AND shipping. So you can't even shipat cost you must inflate shipping, and sale price of used items. Its just awful and greedy, a deadly sin btw. They do nothing except facilate a meeting place of sorts to sell, but want a huge cut. Take into consideration a billion in sales a year so they make well over 100 million to basically maintain a website. Its just crazy
