I purchased a ******** account from piraenterprise on May 25, 2024 for $81.19. After receiving the account, I logged in only to find it was compromised shortly after delivery. Someone changed the password, and I lost access to the account. I immediately contacted the seller, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund, even though they sold me a broken and insecure product.I reached out to eBay, hoping they would help resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund because the account was permanently suspended. This is a clear case of fraud, as I was sold a compromised digital product that was useless shortly after delivery, and eBay refused to assist. This is NOT buyers remorse; this is a case of being sold an item that was inherently flawed and unsafe, and the seller abandoned me when it got compromised. I strongly suggest that eBay take responsibility for this case and stop ignoring scams that harm legitimate buyers like myself.

I've been an active ebay member since 2014 selling sports cards and pokemon. I have 100% positive feedback and have never had an unsatisfied customer. So I find it quite frustrating and inconvenient that they continue to put holds on my earnings. For example. A customer purchased a $500 card from me recently. His communication was great and he was very polite. He received the item a few days ago. Had it not arrived or had any issues I am 100% he would have instantly contacted me or ebay chat. Being that it was a $500 purchase and a rare card. Yet, they continue to hold my money and tell me that I should possibly have it by Tuesday the 22nd. I really think ebay should reward their long time platform users who operate promptly with integrity and honesty. If you sell similar items like myself or want to get in the game, I would HIGHLY suggest using whatnot or ******** marketplace over ebay. Ebay charges a higher percentage or your sells and hold your money longer than necessary. I myself will be pulling out from ebay. After 0ver 10 years of operating on the ebay platform I still find ebay policies like this to be quite frustrating and inconvenient. After I get my money I am inactivating.

Imagine creating a platform where having the most competitive price (basic capitalism) is negated by limiting the view of your item unless you pay increased fee at will (up to 100%) with others allowed to promote on your subscription (store you pay for online) and they charge fees (generate revenue) on the cost of your shipping (not associated with sale) and taxes (can't wait for the class action that comes of this someday). A place where having over 50% margin for all costs isn't enough. A place where if you had 50% margin in a product eBay will find a way to walk away with a larger profit than you. A place where customer service doesn't exist and if you have a problem, you can just go **** yourself and deal with someone that doesn't speak English. Either the leadership of this company are so greedy they're killing it, or know the time is coming and draining every dollar.Thank you for waiting. I appreciate your patience.Naveen May I know if you have recently received any credit by eBay?Naveen no i have not not in the last ***** dollars in sales or this year I was told I would receive a credit, and did not Thank you for sharing the confirmation.Naveen Would you mind holding for 1 to 2 minutes while I review what options will best resolve this for you?Naveen but that is a while ago, what I care about is this $13.94 is returned Thank you for waiting. I appreciate your patience.Naveen Please allow me to share, I have gone through the details and noticed that the priority campaign was created on 18 April, 2025 and the listings were added manually, however we can understand that you might have added this mistakenly.Naveen While providing the refund, I noticed that you have been already provided by one time courtesy credit on Sep 2024 for 9.82 and Oct 2024 for 2.66.Naveen As you have been already provided via once time credit the system is not allowing to refund this $13.94 for this item.

I e been selling on ebay for years. I am done! Their format does not protect sellers who ship items, go untracked by **** (when we pay for tracking). I am so over shipping items, and having to refund when a buyer says they havent recieved. There is zero proof that they did not recieve. Whatnot is awesome and over time, with the ridiculous fees, lack of service, eBay will want us all back. Adios eBay . You had me, lost me, and thats my middle finger in your face!

Ebay is the worst selling platform I have experienced. They restricted my account for no reason and put all my funds on hold, effectively stealing my money.

eBay is actively scamming its sellers under the false pretense of "security reviews." As a first-**** ******, I received no notificationprior to listing or completing the transactionthat my payout would be held for 30 days. After contacting eBay support to inquire about the delay, my account was then further restricted, and I was suddenly required to provide photo ID and a receipt for the item I had already sold and shipped.Keep in mind: the buyer has had the product for over 30 days, with no issues or complaints. The transaction was completed in full. eBay has my money and is now refusing to release it unless I provide post-sale proof that I owned the itemafter the fact, with no indication this would ever be required. This feels like a blatant violation of their own terms and possibly even consumer protection laws. eBay has effectively stolen my funds, offering no legitimate justification, no escalation path, and no actual human supportjust endless links to vague policy pages. This is not a security precaution. This is corporate theft.

I contacted eBay because our order was delivered to the wrong address by ****** ***** told me the address provided on the label was not the requested delivery address. ***** would not allow me to file a claim but referred me back to the seller. The seller told me their warehouse shows the ordered delivered. I request they confirm the delivery address 3 time. No response. eBay said not to worry you are covered by our money back guarantee only to deny my refund based on the tracking information from the seller showing the package delivered someone where in ******, **. No on has provided a complete delivery address. We were even willing to go pick it up. eBay has completely abandoned us as a customer based on vague tracking information. We have provide pictures of our property in comparison to the picture from ***** which shows these are 2 different locations. Again eBay has responded the seller provided tracking info that the package was delivered somewhere so the fact that it was delivered to the wrong address does not matter. Do not believe the money back guarantee, they are not willing to help a customer who has paid money for a product they have not received. They have completely abandoned us and closed our case and our appeal,

Fighting with customer service about account deletion due to suspicious activity all they have to say is every thing has been frozen. No activity can be made while the review is being processed yet. I go on there today to still find suspicious activity. *********************************************** is the item that is showing someone has looked up on my account that is supposedly suspended until the account deletion process is completed, which takes 30 days so to answer peoples questions is eBay safe to shop on f*** no they dont care. I sit on the phone last night for two hours six representatives trying to get something done just to have the chats closed out on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I advise anyone who uses eBay to immediately remove your personal information and your bank information and check your account for recently viewed items to see if theres items on there that you have not searched and if there are do you like I did and request your account to be deleted once they start losing customers due to data breach maybe they will take their job seriously and treat the people giving them business more respectfully and learn to secure customers accounts better I have done change, passwords, ******* and eBay and continue to see random items I have not searched and items. I am not interested in pop up I do not do horror definitely dont support **** and I did not have $50,000 to purchase a car and I definitely dont give a s*** about sports cards or comic books but this is all s*** that has popped up on my search history over the course of a week
