      Paypal claims to be seller protected but does not. Making us think we're safe and protected but we're not. So we ship the orders with proof of signature and delivery, yet we lose. Spoke to 10 different representatives in the last 3 months, all said I will be reimbursed, but never got reimbursed. TERRIBLE.

      Had a customer ask to pay me with **********************, so I made an account. Customer payment showed up, minus $187 fee to PayPal. Further, PayPal chose to hold the money for 21 days because it was a new account. I called customer service and got an Indian, of course. He escalated it to another Indian, who finally agreed to refund my customer. ***** neither holds funds nor takes a cut. Same with Cashapp. What moron would every use PayPal for anything.

      Been using PayPal for years no issues and now I was ripped off scammed for big dollar's and PayPal won't do anything about it.. Someone in PayPal took the money and after over a month in claims they denied the claim... PayPal took me for $4014.16 and that's a lot of money. Beware of using PayPal.

      PayPal was duped by someone and extended an UNAUTHORIZED payment on my behalf in the amount of $1500 +tax. They refuse to speak to me; they refuse to give me a live person; they deny my dispute because I didnt provide proof - how do I prove I didnt do business with someone?!?! They also took funds deposited TO me to pay for the $1500 charges and refuse to speak to me or return the stolen funds. Ive been struggling with this for 3 months now and havent made one step of progress. *********. STEER CLEAR - there are far better ways to pay online. Such a shame, I was a customer for over 20 years. Shame on you **********************

      Charged a fee for a refund from a company. Claim was for a refund; however company sent money back to paypal as a service so paypal refuse to remove the fee. The supervisor knew the money returned to paypal was a refund but refused to cancel fee.

      PayPal has refused to delete any and all information from their databases concerning my personal information and security.Every 3 to 4 months they send an email invoice to me alleging crypto purchases and stating they will charge my bank account for these false purchases.I have never used PayPal. I will never use PayPal.PayPal is a fraudulent company.
