      PayPal has refused to delete any and all information from their databases concerning my personal information and security.Every 3 to 4 months they send an email invoice to me alleging crypto purchases and stating they will charge my bank account for these false purchases.I have never used PayPal. I will never use PayPal.PayPal is a fraudulent company.

      Paid $134.00 for an item I did nothing T receive. Foreign customer *** said I should get reimbursed through the bank that my PayPal agent is through. The *** posted that so PayPal closed my case as refunded but I never contacted the bank as it was through PayPal.I have contacted PayPal 6 times since & I do not reconstruct assistance As all the copper are foreigners and hysteria tell me the case is closed.

      nightmare for transactions, went a 2 full years accepting payments from paypal daily, the same account to account transfer (my employer to me, approx. 50k a year) has become a pending payment with no change on our end, and was told by the agent it would take 5-7 days to process the transfer. Whatever change in policy was made has affected those who use paypal for business, in that I can no longer be paid, all in all has to be the worst payment platform, I would prefer cryptocurrency over this BS.

      I have a preferred method of payment established on my account. Anytime my checking is attached they process the checking account versus using the preferred credit card on file. I have called and spoken to a "**** " the supervisor and was told it is not my fault you can't figure out or forgot how to set up an automatic payment. The preferred payment is set but that is not the 1st choice to process. After saying I forgot he then says he didn't say that all the while call is recorded.

      PayPal advertises that they protect the consumer but dont believe it! I received a defective product and PayPal did nothing to protect the purchase! Word of caution, DO NOT USE PAYPAL!

      Paypal credit cancelled my card without contacting me after I paid it in full. I never received a single notice from them or missed a payment.

      Disappointed in PayPal's New Dispute Process For years, Ive trusted and used PayPal whenever possible for online purchases because their dispute resolution process was straightforward and customer-friendly. If I encountered an issue with a seller, PayPal made it easy to resolve matters quickly and fairly.Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. Their new AI-based customer service system appears to be designed more to deflect concerns than to address them. What used to be a simple and amicable process has become frustratingly complex and impersonalso much so that it feels like theyre hoping users will just give up trying to resolve their issues.I'm deeply disappointed to see PayPal move in this direction. It undermines the trust that once set them apart.

      I submitted official **** proof showing the seller shipped my order to the wrong ******************** PayPal ignored it and closed the case in favor of the scammer. Where is buyer protection?

      I had been using PayPal for years and decided to set up a small recurring Bitcoin investment$100/month. After accumulating about $300 in BTC, I attempted to send it to my cold wallet. Thats when I discovered: PayPal doesnt let you withdraw your Bitcoin unless you go through very specific stepsand in my case, it was simply impossible.When I contacted customer support, they brushed me off with, Just sell your Bitcoin and withdraw the cash. No help, no solutionjust a cold suggestion to give up and cash out. I asked, Whats the point of investing in ******* if I cant control or move it? Their response? You can close your account if you ******* I *********** If you cant move your crypto, you dont own it. Stay away from PayPal if youre serious about Bitcoin.
