      On May 27th, I submitted a payment to PayPal for a due date of June 1st. I received a message stating it was submitted, but shortly afterwards, on May 28th or 30th, I received notification that my payment had been rejected with no reason provided. My bank verified that I had sufficient funds. I called PayPal and a woman told me my payment was fine. However, she was incorrect, and I had to make another payment that didn't get processed until June 2nd. So, the ruthless idiots that work at PayPal charged me a $30 late fee. Be very careful using PayPal as they are not your "Pal". A ******** company to deal with. In addition, they can, for no explained reason, hold up a payment for 1-2 weeks. This company like many American businesses is ******* and makes their own corrupt rules when dealing with customers. Look elsewhere for similar services.

      I tried to update my card because I wanted to use it on an app. Couldn't do that so I deleted the card and reinstalled the card and tried to use it. Paypal AI kicks on and wants to chat and verify why I said because of you not updating my card and oh well. I waited and hour and then thought try it again. Nope, got back online with AI and said I would like to ask for your help anyways. Okay how can I help. I want to add a card. Okay this card already exists. Yeah update it! ??

      PayPal Cash Back NEVER works and is a ******* doesnt matter what you do or say or if you do indeed check out correctly. It doesnt matter the proof of screen shots you take prior to prove you did it right. It will never work because at this point I feel it isnt designed to work. I feel it is VERY deceiving and scammy to claim to offer such rewards to get users who dont normally use PayPal for safely and protection reasons (like me) to use PayPal as a way to pay under the false pretense of a little cash back / money back reward. I would have never checked out using PayPal due to 0 purchase protection. This is not the first time, but will be the last I fall for this. I felt the need to try and warn others.

      Absolute sham of a service, and clearly using the security check, which is not quick, to train AI without permission. Getting caught in the 'quick' security check is such a nightmare that I will be deleting my account and never returning.

      PayPal is absolutely pathetic. I used to trust that my money and purchases were protected because in all my years of using PayPal if something wasnt right it was taken care of. This last time I paid $101 on 2 items, that I later found out were scammers shipping stuff from *****. Long story short, what I received looked nothing like advertised. so I dispute the transaction, and PayPal goes in the favor of the scammers, Because materially its the same. So if we buy a replica of the **** **** and receive something that looks like a 5 year old painted it, its fine cause its made out of the same materials? Buy a car online, and receive model car replica its fine right? Because they are both made of metal and are materially the same. Absolutely pathetic excuses from PayPal. They then say that the item isnt covered on purchase protection, so Im sol either way. PayPal has really gone down hill, at this point Im trying to find out if it was out of laziness or greed. Regardless I think Im about done using PayPal.

      Responding to PayPals response to case PP R EPJ five seven five eight three two one eight three which was denied. I made an online purchase from **********. When PayPal processed the charge, they erroneously took $5 more from my account than the ********** amount. I disputed it and later appealed their first denial, but they still deny the claim. I provided the online receipt from ********** showing the correct amount and the PayPal charge showing the wrong about, and still PayPal refuses to reimburse their overdraft on my account. *** now invested an hour of my time fighting for money that is legitimately mine, and Im fed up with their responses. This is why Im now taking the time to report them to the BBB.

      I have multiple transactions on so many prescriptions i have complained about they have done nothing, they keep on saying i cant do a payment plan for no reason because there is none, or they make up reasons...then when i want to delete my accouny they will not let me for more made up reasons.....total scam and im going to sue if it continues

      Im beyond frustrated with PayPal right now. I've been using their service for a while and out of no where they requested proof of ownership over potential fraud concerns. I sent them every single document they asked for, thinking it would clear things up. But nothey didnt even bother asking for more info; they just went ahead and permanently shut down my account!Ive been back and forth with their Fraud and Protection team, sending even more documents, and all I get is this infuriating line about how they dont have access to lift the restriction. Are you kidding me? My own hard-earned money is trapped in that account, and theyre flat-out refusing to let me withdraw it. This is absolutely ridiculous!

THE AUTOMATED COMPLAINT FORM ON THE *** IS AI INSUFFICIENT TO THE ISSUES THAT MATTER. YOU WILL NEVER GET PROPER RESOLUTION, REFUNDS FROM PURCHASES ARE 10% LUCK. IF YOU'RE NOT H***Y AND WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING... ***. THIS IS THE WORST NIGHTMARE OF ANY SERVICE REGARDING CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE TO FILE COMPLAINTS. MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.
