      PayPal refused to follow their own terms regarding unauthorized billing and misleading merchant practices when they refused to refund charges after Coursiv failed to meet the legal standards of clear disclosure and advance renewal notice, especially under Minnesota law, where I reside.

      I just got my account permanently limited after creating a PayPal debit card. I am unsure about the reason for getting my account limited. I have my savings in that account, and upon calling Paypal rep,they told me they can't do anything.I am here to seek help if any PayPal representative can assist me with the request. If I havent got any reponse I will surely gona go for a law suit to get this s*** company blocked from **

      I put a complaint in against a company that I purchased an item and never received it in a months time. I asked for a refund and PayPal refused it and told me to wait longer than the months time for the item. I spoke to PayPal supervisor and he brushed me off about the refund. This is not how reputable companies act. I have been using PayPal for a few years now for my monthly charitable contributions and feel they should have taken care of this problem. I would appreciate any help that you can give me. Thank you

      Paypal froze my account with nearly 20k in funds sitting in the bank. I understood they needed me to verify my information, which I was happy to do. When I called customer service to clarify a few things, I spoke to a man named ******* (employee #******) who treated me so poorly, me and my roommate nearly began recording the call. It was shocking - and if I hadn't been previously hung up on after being placed on two separate holds, I would have gladly tried to call back to ensure I didn't have to interact with this person. He repeatedly made wild and inappropriate accusations, insulted me repeatedly, was combative and antagonistic, and Paypal offered no recourse whatsoever regarding being able to file a complaint. When I asked if he had a manager, he was very happy to tell me the only email I could contact was the "good employees" email. As someone who has paid this company a lot of money in fees, this immediately had me closing out my account.

      I've had PayPal for over 20 years with no problems, then my Computer/bank account got hacked, and I'm being told that I was involved with a stolen credit card so my account was permanently closed. I was not nor have I ever been involved with stolen credit cards.

      PayPal got hacked, sham investigation My PayPal got hacked. Several hundred dollars were taken. All the money that came out of my bank account happened in the state of *****. I live in ****. I called to report it, but even on the phone they were blaming other accounts attached to my PayPal and said the fraud must to come through that. BUT ALL THE CHARGES CAME OUT OF PAYPAL. I COULD SEE IT ON BOTH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND BANK ACCOUNT. It was a sham investigation. They refunded me all $96.00 out of several hundred.I also did an *** Cyber theft report. I described the actions of PayPal on the report.Then PayPal got upset because I also reported it to my bank. My bank refunded me all the other monies which were several hundred dollars. PayPal claimed that messed up their investigation and they closed the case. The amount and purchases are still showing on my PayPal account. Don't trust **********************. I have not used them since and have unlinked every business and every card and cancelled all automatic ********** that they bought Venmo, I will not use that either.

      Yes I didn't want to do this on a review they better hire a more knowledgeable staff it's pathetic to have to deal with the staff online I had 2 declines on an account I had wirh someone that eas directly closed put they went ahead and tried to take money out of my PayPal the person I talked to today told me to go to disputes and activity and it's in there showing they tried to take it out this company needs to change there policy kn there and also add block a merchant the people who did is not in my contacts on PayPal they did on the 15th and today the 25th. They need to get into trouble I can find there information on your website the people who did it though. But people they need ro hire people who knows how to take care of this issue.

      I sold a phone on the app called swappa, the person paid the transaction with Venmo, to my PayPal account. That same day PayPal sent me a message saying that the person made a dispute about the transaction for double payment, I contacted PayPal and they told me that everything was fine that I had only received a single payment, I sent the phone and it was delivered but my money was on hold, days later PayPal informs me that the disputa had been closed and in favor of the buyer, I contacted PayPal and sent them proof that the phone was sent and it was delivered, they made an appeal to get my money back, but several days have passed and now they told me that they cannot help me. I do not understand why PayPal refund the money if they had already verified that I only received a single payment.

      After 20 years of having a PayPal account it was deleted and locked with to explanation. I only use it to purchase things for finance and the pay in 4 plan. I didn't purchase anything against the rules. Also I just bought a house so my mortgage company over paid my bill after I had already paid the balance off so I had a credit. Now my money is locked up for 120 days for no reason. I'm very upset and confused as to why this happened.

      They allowed a charge to go through a closed Mastercard by circumventing too the bank on file. The PayPal accounts, both ******************* were closed the same day. My bank account was used for paying off the balance and was not checked as a preferred method for purchases, especially since I closed the account. A closed account receives payments for bills but does not accept purchases. The representatives were very rude and nasty. They are responsible for the unauthorized charge and acted as though I was supposed to be okay with a $100 charge that came out of my bank for a purchase I did not make. They blame everyone except take responsibility for their mistake. First, they said they did not see that my account was closed, when I told them they sent me a letter confirming it, they all of a sudden saw the account was closed now they are saying they do not see where the MasterCard was closed, I have the letter confirming that as well. Do not do business with this company. You get the runaround and they will not admit their errors. This dispute has been going on for over a month and still has not been settled. I wish I had seen the warnings and I never would have opened an account with them. For anyone I can help, this is a warning, they are not a business you want to deal with for anything. Find alternatives so you do not end up with unauthorized charges and bank headaches trying to get your money returned to your bank account, for purchases you did not authorize.
