    This tow company didnt follow their own laws prior to towing my vehicle from private property from a handicapped parking spot! Then they lied and said they were called by the store! They are predatory, no sign posted at shopping center entry!

    I was forced to sign a form allowing repossession in case of charge disputes in order to be allowed to pay with credit card. Both the repossession clause and the forced signing are illegal practices.

    I had a very disappointing experience with ********* Towing Services. My car was towed with the reason given that my car tag was not updated. However, I had already paid for the renewal, and the *** sent the updated tag on the same day my car was towed. Despite having proof of payment and the updated tag from the ***, my car was still unjustly towed.The whole situation felt like a fraudulent practice, as I had complied with all necessary steps for tag renewal. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their actions have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

    They told my car when me and my family was moving out of the apartment. Plus I was just parked for only 2 minutes then came down with some boxes put inside the car and the car was not there at all so I called the Rebellos Towing to see if they towed it and they did then they told me that its not their problem that I was moving out cause only place and there is is a no parking on the fire lane and theres no loading zone for us to move our to move in and to this apartment, so thats why everyone in this apartment always parks on the on the on the fire lane but when theyre moving out and moving in and they never get old but once I park there like for two minutes I get told because I guess that the manager from the apartment called. So when I got the receipt at the cashier of the of the rebels towing, it says that they towed it from the rear side, but there was no dollies in the front or anything so I pulled over and looked underneath the front bumper and for sure, they ****** up my car. So now my car is making some weird noises now from the front. Plus the car that they towed. It was a car that I took out from the dealership not too long ago like probably only like two weeks ago.
