  I believe I am a victim of Solar Fraud. This year ******** ****** and **** ****** (from South Bay Solar Home Improvement) told me they could help bring my electric bill down to $0. they showed me a clients bill who is already signed up, and the bill did show $0 balance. They were very convincing. They asked me how many panels I want i said 3, they showed me of how the panels would look once installed, for the panels I would pay $175 a month, I agreed to sign, I told them I would like to use my laptop but they said it will be by phone. ******** called the *** from his phone and had me talk to some person, and told me the documents would be signed electronically, the person on the phone provided me with different signatures and initials and asked me to choose one to be used on the documents as my signature. I read part of the docs and I noticed one of the pages said $75,000, I immediately decided to cancel. I read that I have 5 days to cancel and I can only email, mail, fax, or deliver a written letter. That same night I wrote a letter and submitted it to **************************** The next day **** and ******** were back, I told them I did cancel and I told them they failed to mention the $75k, they said that I would not be paying that amount, when I file my Taxes that I will be refunded, I will only have the balance of $41, 348, they assured me that I would not pay anywhere near that amount, they promised me the panels will pretty much pay for themselves because my electric bill will be $0. once the panels were installed, around September. A man from City of ******* said he was here to do an inspection I told him I knew nothing about an inspection (he left a paper on my door and took a picture). I also received a voicemail from a ******* and said, she is outside and was regarding an inspection. I called back and I told her I knew nothing. she said she will call back for another inspection, to this day I have not received any calls to schedule an inspection.
