In June 2023 at Blade Show *******, I gave Duane Dwyer of Dwyer Custom Goods (*************************************************************) my BBNM custom knife (valued at approx. $1,450 + tax) so he could adjust the pivot. He offered to take it home and return it by mail once complete. I agreed in good faith.Since then, Ive repeatedly tried contacting him via email, phone, and Instagram with minimal response. At Blade Show 2024, he told me he still had a few left to do and would be sending them out soon, including mine and that hed include something extra for the wait. He did not follow through.Over the past month, including yesterday (May 15, 2025), Duane has texted me saying he would ship the knife but still has not provided tracking or proof of shipment, despite multiple requests. It now appears hes trying to delay further until Blade Show 2025 is over, likely to avoid negative attention during the event.I posted a comment on his Instagram page asking about the knife, which he deleted instead of responding. Since publicly sharing my experience, Ive been contacted by several others whove had similar issues with him knives taken and never *********** this point, it has been nearly two years. Under Georgia law, theft of property over $1,500 is a felony. Duane Dwyer has failed to fulfill his agreement and has deprived me of a valuable item. Ive remained patient and respectful, but I now feel compelled to take formal action.Resolution Requested:Return of my original BBNM knife, or A replacement of equal value, or A full refund of ~$1,580 (including tax)

I contacted Duane Dwyer via phone and placed an order for a BBNL Custom Knife from him on 02/2019. He took payment via my credit card which I have a receipt for. We have been corresponding via phone/text over the past 4 years in which he has made many apologies and guaranties that my knife order will be completed and delivered to me. I have held this man in high regard due to his art and prior military service and have given him every opportunity to be a man of his word and honor our agreement. He has not been a man of his word and repeatedly makes up excuses or does not respond back to texts, emails to his business, messages to his social media platforms, or answer phone calls. At this point, he has established a pattern of dishonesty, unethical business practices, and terrible customer service. I have lost all trust in this man and his company and wish to have this situation resolved.
