    i made a purchase from this company on 7/23 and yesterday i waited for the package to arrive and it said it was delivered in the morning the package never got to me so i contacted the company letting them know i didnt receive the items and a few hours later in the afternoon hours later I GOT IT AND QUICKLY SENT THEM AN EMAIL SAYING IT POPPED UP LATE AFTER THAT ONCE I GOT HOME AND SET everything UP THE 3 PROJECTORS AND 1 GREEN BULB was DEFECTIVE /DAMAGED THE PROJECTORS HAS MASSIVE scorches, scratched on the oval eye to wear it looked used, restored, repaired, and the green bulb had 2 cracks in two different places i think am being targeted, profiled due to my disability this happens to often everytime this happens a company takes theyre sweet time to respond knowing you have to return the items which is very inconvenient then go print a label then go to the drop off location then wait for it to be returned then order again then have the same issue then this is them well we did all we could to fix this but mrs ****** wasnt pleased then began to flip everything on the customer you cant send out this type of stuff and not expect me to complain its very fishy and wrongful let me say this the condition inwhich these arrived are disrespectful from whats being advertised on the website why are companys sending out products thats not new for safety reasons, plus someone should not be paying for less then new items i dont know what to expect when this happens just take your money and send out the defective, reject products then whats crazy is that am a new customer no one wants to have a bad encounter these products is purposely being send out shame on them you never know how and why a person like me ordered these in the first place now am out of alot money Thanks
