Purchase made on line totaling 40 dollars and received no where near what I was supposed to and they keep lying about it plus getting their coworkers to lie about it as well as I've sent several screen shots detailing the purchase bonuses advertised. I had the thread explaining everything in detail and their untrue replies about the package promotions. I would be glad to forward these emails to anyone who can help me. They are being exclusively spiteful and childish. They gave me a partial refund to my chips but not anything I DID receive in the packages, they didn't remove the gold that was included not the tickets, just my chips in order to cripple my positive progress up the poker milestone tiers that no one can deny. Each tier has it's own purchase bonuses of additional chips plus multiple purchase bonuses from various achievements from the poker tables. The funny part, is which strikes my as very odd is: the chips aren't real!!! There's no cashing out or anything it's imaginary chips but they've decided they don't like me or whatever so I can't have my purchase bonuses which is all I'm asking for. I am rejecting this response because:It looks like their trying to get me to buy 105 billion chips for $19.99 which is absurd. I should have received 300 billion chips or more without making a purchase.
I want all the bonuses they advertise to be fulfilled or fully explained why they're not fulfilled!!! Don't they know it's criminal to falsely advertise in the real world?? The screen shots I provided dish for themselves; in addition, of their "offer" and based on the advertising of so the said purchase bonuses I qualify for I would expect to actually receive shot 300 billion in chips but... 'Fool me once'...... So that's it's, Zynga owes me about 300 - 500 billion chips!!!
Someone on ******* tier didn't get the same amount as someone like myself whose in Master ll tier. That's the false advertising right there, just one example. 245% of 130 billion is how much???
I stand firm and proud on a solid A+ in Business Math, it's called compound interest percentage. No matter how ***** one tries to get with it, at the end of the equation it's still more than the principle (or base) which was 72 billion chips. Plus about six purchases bonus add-ons. I didn't make the ad but I am a victim of it, which has caused me much of burden since those fiasco. I went from playing about 20 or 30 times a day to playing about two or three times a day. Over some fake chips??? That's sad; moreover, I'm a Niners fan since ********************* (like thirty-7 years) .... So sad
They're tryin to give me basically 5 billion extra chips on my next $19.99 purchase!?!?!?!

Zynga I lying to the BBB in regards to "continued assurance" I haven't been contact once about a resolution. Zynga practices false advertising on a daily basis and from the emails I've attached, they're proud of this fact and they do not deny it.
This is illegal and Zynga should he ashamed of themselves. My personal life had been affected of this equation as for some odd reason, I am indeed hurt by this. I used to play poker 20 to 30 times a day, somedays more. Now I pay about two or three times if that. Zynga has no moral compass
Moving forward, I've attached exactly what I'm regarding, the daily when explains it all. Percentage bonuses are what the wheel is all about, but if the purchases that are promoted of said bonuses..... is a false advertisement, period.
I want it acknowledged that I haven't recommended one single offer of resolution from Zynga okay?? NOT ONE SINGLE OFFER!!! this is something else that they're constantly lying about. If the tried to resolve this matter then when and where is it??? The emails she sent me is a repeat of why I contacted the BBB in the first place. I need help with matter of burden as I have no idea what the proper channels are but I sense legal justice will be the endgame unfortunately.
This has affected my personally and emotionally since day one and I am officially asking for justice and compensation immediately. So if someone from the BBB would please help me with this, I am indeed asking for your HELP.

I've reached out to FTC and Consumer Protection regarding this issue. But on April 14th, I was playing Zynga's Spades Plus. Which they have several games, however I was playing one called The League. Which you have to make 4 or more within that game. In attempts to get first or second place, playing till 3:00-4:00 am. I want to first add that at times I have complained to them about their bad business practices in the way they do things. If you are a paying customer, they will make sure you continue to lose money in anticipation you will continue to spend money. And their response is always the system's algorithm which they can't help. Well, if that's the case, how come when I'm trying to play one game, and lower my spending abilities, that it tells me my playing abilities are at a higher level? Anyway, so i were playing the game. Had been for hours, i were really tired but kept at it. At this point I believe the jackpot is at 60 million, now someone is starting to catch up slightly because they're now giving me ones and two hands! But I'm not giving up, so we are neck in neck at this point briefly, then all of a sudden as I'm about to click the icon to buy more coins, I received a notification I've never seen before in how I've reached my maximum regarding purchasing more coins! This has never happened before! And to make matters worse, they've never responded regarding my complaint (which the communication to them) is in my old phone. Continue to restrict most attempts for me to win any big games with 20,0000 or more because they want me to continue to spend. I just saw other claims on BBB from other consumers, and that's when I decided to write as well. Also, I've reached out to them to get their response regarding this issue, and they've never responded as if they knew. They've never cared about my spending habits before. I have contacted Zynga support multiple times over the last few weeks around app issues and have yet to get any response to help me. Multiple issues in the app keep occuring - AD watching to earn a life is not working, forced to repeat levels just beaten, special effects in game not working appropriately, etc. I have played the game (Wizard of Oz Magic Match) for years at this point. I did stop for a while but then picked it back up. I have spent hundred of dollars (prior to issues) and enjoyed the game. Over the last 2 weeks I have had nothing but issues and feel as if the company is not fixing these issues to force players to buy coins to spend in the game instead of being able to play through and potentially earn some free lives to play. If I had not noticed the issues occuring and just played through, I would have spent more money than I would have on in game credits. I know the company is in the market of making money and I don't fault that, but what I fault is them telling me they know of these issues yet they keep occuring. Three instances this year of being duplicate billed for coins purchased. Most recent I purchased a $4.99 package of coins and was billed twice. I submitted a claim to Apple who denied the claim. I stumbled upon Merge Dragons!, a Zynga owned game, back in late 2017/early 2018. It is the only game I have ever played frequently for longer than a year. Once I decide I truly liked the game I decided to spend money it. Thus, between Nov 18, 2018 to Sep 26, 2022 I spent $****** on this app.For 6 years everything was going smoothly. I had 2 minor hiccups that were resolved with their support team, after some back & forth. For some background, they always require screenshots as proof for any discrepancies, because they claim to not be able to help otherwise. So for years whenever big progress is made I take screenshots, just in case. Cut to Thursday, July 20, 2023.I had just saved my game with their cloud save & was about to make some big merges. Then I unsynced the cloud in case, I made any mistakes. Doesn't always happen, but it does. This happened to be a time I accidentally merged something I didn't mean to. So I went to restore my last save. I have done this many times over the years without problem. However, this time 5 areas in the game (there are 8 areas total) lost significant, if not all progress. One of these areas was from vanilla game (when the game 1st launched) & it wanted me to start from the very beginning! The other 4 areas are only a year or 2 old, but I had spent a large amount, of the real life currency on. Game is hardly playable now.I went to support with all the proof I had. They acknowledged all my lost progress, but said they didn't have the tools to fix it. They offered to restore some power, 500 coins, & 230 gems (real life currency). The power helps some, coins do nothing for my end game level (I can farm that amount in 5 min), & 230 gems (I can get 750 gems for $4.32) doesn't cover what I had spent on these features, let alone what I would need to spend to catch up quickly instead of spending possible years to get back where I already was. I am rejecting this response because: while I am still communicating and trying to reach a settlement (agreeable compensation) for the years of lost progress through both the Zynga representative, ************************, and their partner company Gram Games support, I feel I am being ng given the runaround still. I keep being told I my case is being sent to a higher level of support, but keep being told they can't fix my game, give me enough gems(real life currency) to quickly restore/redo my lost progress, nor refund my money sent on these features. When it was no fault of .ine that their save feature is broken. So, I appreciate that they are communicating, but I feel I still need this case open. EB said that they would be communicating with Gram Support to receive better help, but Gram Support doesn't budge from their initial offer of compensation, which is not enough, and why I opened this case. Gram Support also says they haven't heard anything from Zynga. Thus, I feel like I am being lied to and that Zynga has done absolutely nothing to help as of yet. Zynga needs to tell Gram Support to offer more gems (1,500-2,000) or refund half my money spent ($105 dollars).
