      Very accomodating. I ran into an issue with my GoPro set up for my airplane. I was convinced that it was due to an aftermarket part that I used to connect the camera to my power supply and airplane's audio so I contacted that company first. They were insistent that the issue was with the camera. The level of technical information was well above my ability to comprehend. I contacted GoPro support and they were very friendly and accomodating and ended up replacing my camera. I was so pleased that I wanted to leave them a review. When I came to this site to do that, I was shocked to see all the negative reviews. That certainly was not my experience. I couldn't be happier with the level of support that I received.

      Gopro broke an agreement for content payment. Their AWARD program is a scam They dont actually pay out any money to award recipients. Theyll tell you 90 days to get your payment and then theyll just ghost you!

      GoPro cameras seem to be fine. The customer service and the process of getting in touch with the billing department is unsatisfactory and very time consuming. The main address seems to be in ******************** but when you contact them by online only, which is a requirement by GoPro you have to wait for a call back from a country outside of the **. They then try to forward your concerns to their billing department. I have been waiting two days for a reply to an offer they made online. The offer was to upgrade for free to the $99.00 package for the $49.99 price. They renewed my subscription but did not upgrade the package as stated on their email. I should be able to call the billing department directly very quickly but they do not make that possible. Service after the sale is more important than the product. Buyer be aware if you care about customer service. I hope for a change so I can continue to purchase GoPro products.

      I purchased the device along with the subscription. Unfortunately, the battery does not hold up in the cold and thus the device has not met our needs and is not used. I did not recall that the subscription was on auto renew since we do not use either the subscription nor the device. As soon as I saw the payment drawn from my bank account I got in touch with GoPro to cancel the subscription and obtain a refund. Here in ********** I believe that the standard is that buyers can return goods within 7 days with proof of purchase and expect a full refund. After speaking with several agents, I received an email stating that "per our company's policies, which were agreed upon at the start of your subscription, we are unable to issue a refund for cancellations."I would strongly advise against buying anything from GoPro.

      The GoPro app is terrible and the help is terrible. They tell you to buy the apps extra benefits and now I can't really use them/save videos. I've been going in circles with them for a couple months trying to fix this. It seems many others have had the same issue.

      I signed up for their app and auto pay by credit card 2 years ago. Can't get out of auto pay. Changed credit card and they still taking out payment. Tried emailing them, bo response. Totally robbing now for a service I don't want and have no way to cancel or contact anyone at Gopro. Totally ridiculous to have a app and website so difficult to navigate I can't cancel my subscription with them. Please help!!!!

      Same subscription complaint no advance notice about $49 renewal fee and both the customer service rep and supervisor refused to refund. Waiting for the class action.

      Same as many other people reporting GoPro keeps trying to charge my credit card for a subscription that was canceled before the renewal date. Contacted GoPro several times and still they try and charge my credit card. Thankfully my credit card company denies the charge and flag it as unusual activity. This has been going on for about 8 months. Never going to buy any of their c*** again.

      Terrible customer service. Even managers have no tools to create loyalty. Terrible experience. Will never ever purchase another product. Now I know why stock has plummeted.
