      GoPro is a terrible company to do business with. Don't trust them!I purchased a GoPro 11 Hero directly on the GoPro website. Everything seemed fine, until i got a charge on my credit card a year later from GoPro claiming that I have a subscription with GoPro. For a camera? I contacted GoPro to resolve the issue, but they refused to refund the invalid $49 charge. Next step is to dispute the charge and also file a BBB complaint.Thank you BBB!

      Had to send back wasn't working properly! Kept all my stuff purchased with it, they want me to buy again things already purchased (charge cable, SD card.). Returned still doesn't work correctly!

      I purchased a GoPro a while ago, and I am utterly disappointed by their shady subscription renewal practices. I bought a camera from them, thinking it would be a one-time purchase, only to find out a year later that they had charged me an additional $50 without any prior notice or consent via Paypal.It's beyond frustrating to deal with a company that operates in such a deceitful manner. They automatically renew and charge subscriptions without sending any information about it, leaving customers in the dark about what they're being billed for. When I reached out to to address this issue, their customer service was unhelpful and refused to rectify the situation.This kind of scammy business practice is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling cheated and betrayed. I would strongly advise against buying anything from GoPro and would caution anyone from getting involved with them. This experience has made me lose trust in their integrity, and I will never go near this business again. It's truly disappointing to encounter a company that puts profit over customer satisfaction and honesty.

      I bought my brother-in-law a GoPro for his birthday. One year later, I saw an additional $50 charge. Apparently they automatically renew and charge the subscriptions without sending any information about this or updating the customer. Super scammy practice that they refused to rectify after I spoke to them about it. Very disappointing. I would never buy anything from them or go near this business again.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GO PRO. Our camera was stolen somewhere between the order and the delivery. Go Pro will not help us. We go around and around with their support people and make no progress. Trying to get credit card company to retract payment.DO NOT, under any circumstances, do business directly with GoPro.

      I too just experienced the "consumer rip off" policy of automatically renewal of their subscription. I purchased the camera three years ago and the subscription was of no charge as a promotion. Shame on me for not recognizing that this subscription would automatically be charged to me yearly if not cancelled. Since the purchase I have never accessed the subscription or what it entails. Go Pro will do nothing but offer me some accessories which I already purchased upfront with the camera. Obviously their system and policy is just a means of ripping off their consumers. They don't care. I will never recommend their product and will tell anyone who inquiries to beware of the shady practices and policies. Way to go "GO PRO" you just lost another customer.

      I purchased a Go Pro Karma a few years back. I did everything in my power to take ultimate care of it .. I hardly ever flew it so its practically new still, Go pro has grounded the drone and does nothing for the multiple thousands of customers who purchased the drone.. So its currently a paper weight. Sadly I now have useless drone, and do not have the extra funds in my life to just go buy another, I trusted go pro over ************ and they ripped me off . Thanks Go Pro . I hope you get sand in your underpants

      GoPro lures you with a discounted rates for their cameras with a subscription model. The subscription auto renews after a year a charges you around $50. On the same day I cancelled and requested a refund. GoPro refuses and states that they are unable to process. It appears that GoPro is now rather in the business for questionable subscription models instead of selling action cameras. No email notifications were sent prior to the charge and they advise that there was a small print about the auto renewal which requires to cancel beforehand. Overall I will not support a company that forces clients to pay for services they dont use and refuses to reverse the applied charges.

      Terrible experience just like everyone else here. Accidently let the "subscription" renew and promptly contacted their customer service. They completely ignore anything you say and try to offer a mount instead of a refund. I've never used a single feature of the subscription before and still they refuse to offer a refund... Better to stay away from these predators.

      Horrible customer support. All lip service from a script they read off their computers. They sent me a brand new BROKEN camera and when I tried to get it replaced and shipped in time for a trip they gave me the run around. 14 different employees I talked to and each one told me something DIFFERENT. How is that even possible? Told me my case was "special" and that they would be expediting the shipment yet here I am 2 weeks later still waiting for the camera. To give you a quick background for general replacements it takes 2 weeks or less. So don't tell me my case is special, you expedited my shipment and I am still waiting over 2 weeks!! The really sad part is all this different people on the phone had the audacity to tell me my camera would arrive in time for my trip GUARATEED!
