      GoPro is leading the way in the race to the bottom in the of customer service. I purchased a hero 10 last year and to decrease the price from $599.00 To $430.00 gopro required me to get their subscription service. I never received notification that I was about to be charged for the service again this year. The charge of $54.43 showed up on my PayPal account. I called GoPro as soon as the office opened to explain I never used the service and wanted it removed and the $54.34 refunded to my PayPal account. Most corporations would honor my request no problem. I told numerous people in the service department that even my local grocery store would refund my money if there was a problem with an order no questions asked. GoPro will one day shrivel up and die like all bad companies with abhorrent customer service and corporate governance. To be fair the outsourced people who answer the phones are not the problem. Those people have been shackled by GoPro with no tools to provide what is known as customer service. Im sure its an awful job listening to people all day that you know you could help but for the corporate greed above them that just wants to rip people off. Save you money, save your time and aggravation DONT buy GoPro, let the company die of natural causes. Im sure my $54.43 will keep them up and running for at least a minute, after that, who knows.

      I mistakenly placed an order for a GoPro and called them immediately to cancel or change the address was incorrect. The customer service agent told me okay, no problem, all set. I canceled, and you are good. It's canceled. After three days got an email delivered. They told me that was a mistake. I am going to issue a ticket to refund you the money. They have been paying me for a month and no response. Finally, today they are telling me we can't track the package. Sorry, we can't do anything. First, they are not easy to be contacted. Second, they are not able to answer or solve the problem for customers. Please don't buy from GoPro directly. The brand is good, but the customer service is worst.

      I own a GoPro Karma and am yet another victim of the Karma pairing issues. As I'm aware, GoPro has done nothing to acknowledge this issue that affects thousands of their customers. There is a lot of speculation about whether or not this issue was intentionally caused by GoPro due to new FAA regulations. While this is likely the case, there is no concrete evidence that supports this. My experience with their customer service goes as follows: I reached out to support by phone, they informed me that they can't do anything for me unless I subscribe to their extended warranty. They also said that even if I do pay for the extended warranty, there's no guarantee that they can help me. Additionally, I would have to pay a $129 fee to have my drone repaired, in addition to paying for an extended warranty. That was completely unacceptable because the entire issue with the Karma drone is due to a bad firmware update that GoPro sent out.To sum things up, this entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and GoPro should feel ashamed of their actions as a company.

      Their customer service is a complete joke if you have a camera that works fine like all of my previous models there's nothing to complain about the first time you have an issue this company is completely useless

      I have a GoPro karma. Like others it is now a paperweight and there doesn't seem to be any customer support or any type of fix that ********************** is offering. Very unfortunate as the drone itself WAS awesome when it worked

      OK product. The app and support is terrible. I bought a subscription on discount/promo. It would not recognize in the app. I tried to go through support to fix it and they couldnt. So I was instructed to remove and cancel the subscription. Then when I went into subscribe and try again. They would not honor the promotional price I was originally Offered and unable to use. I have multiple documentations from go pro and iTunes trying to resolve. Today they have advised me I have to delte my Quik app account, delete my app, reboot my phone, manually create a new Account (no ****** or apple) and try again to CHECK if the promotion is available. Absolutely ridiculous. If your product isnt working you should honor the price that your customer set out to pay for. Im assuming they track number of account and me having to create a whole new account benefits their investors in some way.

      Horrible! They sent my go pro to the wrong address because I used the apply pay option and it took an address that I havent lived in for 7 years and sent it there, after that I call to get the problem fixed and all they could do is tell me to contact *** and talk to them about it. So now Im out $400 now. F*** GOPRO!!!!!

      This subscription service is a COMPLETE scam. Two calls I have had with the company resulted in a total waste of time with NO resolution. They dismissed the clear (and admitted) false advertising about free shipping on their ******** website. Then they refused to refund me for the subscription only a week or so after I purchased.

      Paid over $1,000 for a drone and without warning it stopped working and was grounded. **************** has not elaborated on why my Karma drone was grounded or even acknowledged that it has happened. If I knew this was a known problem, I would not have bought the Karma drone and went with another drone.
