    I placed an order on May 11th, 2025. A week had passed with no info regarding my purchase shipping out. I reached out to them and was told item restocked and able to be shipped. A *** label was created but *** still has never received the item. So they havent shipped my item. Ive reached out to Handshow through the emails and havent received any response back about my order and my wishing to cancel. Im not sure if this site is fraud but they will not respond to me nor ship my item.

    I've purchased a product from Hansshow, but was sent wrong item.The business blames that I chose the wrong parts when ordering, but I've chosen the right product according to their website guidance to determine if my Tesla Model Y was built from Austin factor, which is built in ******. After extensive online chats with the business, Hansshow agreed to give full refund back and initially gave **** shipping return label. I sent the product back only to receive it back because the business refused to accept the delivery. Now, they are giving excuse that **** does not deliver to their business.... if **** does not deliver to their address, then why give a **** return label in the first place??? I've contacted back and they are not telling me to pay for my own shipping cost to return their product. Or bribing that they will give a partial credit back and have me keep the product that I have no use for it. I've warned the business that I will report this issue to BBB and leave honest reviews, but they ask me not to leave any bad reviews and tells me that they will meet my expectation to refund back the money. Yet, it is not happening at all. Thus, I'm asking BBB's help to resolve this problem and hope to protect any potential customers in the future thinking about buying products from Hansshow.

    I purchased PPF for my Cybertruck totaling $238. The company sent the wrong pieces on 3/28/2025. I requested a new pieces be sent. On 4/4/2025. The company then sent a poorly cut piece that was far too large to work on my Cybertruck on 4/23/2025. I asked for a refund 4/24/2025.They agreed to refund 4/27/2025. They agreed to refund and noted the delay 4/30/2025. They agreed to the refund and failed to send 5/4/2025. They are continuing to delay the refund for their poor quality. I know this company ships from ***** so I think they are attacking me on purpose due to the tariffs.On 5/8/2025 they sent a kissing face emoji that was supposed to mock my request for a refund.

    They did not accept a return in their communicated timeframe. Sent to their place of business twice and they refused the package and had it return to sender both times trying to deny return credit.

    hs55025. They have stated they will adjust their return process but have not communicated a process. They just have sent notes to tell me to cancel the credit card dispute or theyll have to pay a fee (but that is only thing protecting consumer).

    I purchased a Hansshow frunk and trunk auto open for my Tesla model 3.i have had multiple issues with the frunk and trunk. When I reached out to Hansshow support they tried to make me pay for faulty parts. My Funk is locked closed and will not open and I am in need of support. They have not responded. I am seeking a refund and repair cost to be paid.

    Ordered Tesla dashboard from Hansshow. They sent it item using ***** but instead of sending the dashboard, they sent a rug. They do not even sell rug so this was not an honest mistake but trying to scam people. I have attached the pictures of front and back of the shipping container showing description of rug and a shipping label. It also attached my invoice. They are total scammers. When I called them, they have texted me saying that they do not ship from ** but from ***** but it is a lie because they shipped this from **.
