    I am 75 years of age and I paid over $3,000.00 for the warranty with Peace of Mind Auto Care. I have only filed two claims and both were denied. The first claim that I filed regarded my shocks that were leaking and as soon as the dealer saw the warranty he said that it was a scam and Peace of Mind would not pay and he was right. I was out of $1,700 dollars. The dealer also filed a claim because the screen went out on the display in my 2013 Cadillac. They told the dealer that they had to order the part to repair the display that controls the **** etc. I later found out that they denied that claim stating that there was webbing on the screen and the display was broken by an outside force. There was not webbing and there was no outside source. They said they would order the part to fix it and then denied the claim. The screen just went out. I have been taken advantage of because I was not told that despite being covered the company could then deny the claim for an item covered by the warranty. They fooled me and this is a scam. I have since had my daughter look this company up and they have numerous similar complaints. Contract Number:cgc24312107.

    Good afternoon,
    I'm sorry to hear that you had a hard time trying to get a claim to go through with the admin.  I looked into your complaint with the admin and unfortunately, with the policy you have gas shocks are not a covered part. They are part of the wear and tear items that are not covered in the policy.

    In the policy handbook you received all covered parts are listed or you can go to the admins website for more details or simply give us a call and we would be happy to go over it with you in more detail.  

    I did not see any claims regarding a broken screen but  I know from experience that no scren will be covered from external damage.

    This company is the worst. I had my daughter write a letter for me to cancel the services. I am 70 years old and have not been able to successfully get anyone to help me at this company. I get the run-around and can barely get in contact with anyone to answer my questions. I want this canceled and my last payment refunded. I sent a certified letter to them in July and per *** tracking number someone signed for it on 07/22 and it still shows its not canceled and another payment was taken from my bank account. Please help me get this resolved.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you have had.  I checked our records and we did have a call from your number on July 18, 2022 for about 45 seconds but all you can hear on the recording is our customer service agent saying hello and no one responding.  I'm not sure where the letter was sent to but we have never recieved it hrere.  We are more then happy to cancel the policy on your vehicle if you no longer need it.  It looks like there is only one payment left then 2 additional years of coverage with no other fees.  Either way I will have customer service reach out to you and help you cancel if that's what you need.

    I have been trying to cancel this recurring payment for three weeks and have called and left multiple messages and the company will not return my call. They have not fulfilled their promises and I want to cancel and walk away. They will not let me, I am not even asking for a refund I just want to stop any further payments to them.

    These are the calls you made to our company above.  On 7/6 and 7/19 you called in and didn't leave a message.  I know this because as you can see under "length header"  the calls are only 1 second long each.   Below are the outbound calls to you from my customer service team.

    She returned your call on 7/7 at 7:52:01 in the morning and left a voicemail.  As you can see above you then retued a call on 7/20 where you actually left a voicemail and the all was returned on 7/20 at 7:27:25 in the morning where she got your voicemail again and then you called and finally reached us at 7:28:27 and your policy was cancelled.
