On June 20, 2019, The Federal Trade Commission filed a Complaint for Permanent Injunction, Civil Penalities and Other Equitable Relief against Media Mix 365, LLC, Dba Solar Research Group and Solar Nation. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of federal law prohibiting initiating or causing others to initiate an outbound telephone call to telephone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry and engaging in telephone conversations, repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.
