      System Pavers never paid our referral friends the $500 they promised as a referral incentive. We'll never do business with them again!

      Our patio and pavers are complete, one year after signing the initial contract. It took 7+ months to get the permit, and I had to help with that. So many errors, roof slats had spacing, had to be fixed to prevent leaks; posts had spacing, had to be filled in; leaks in the horizontal beams, had to be fixed, 2 sprinkler heads were left behind, down spouts emptied onto paver, had to be fixed to empty into rocks. A whole year to get this done?? Ridiculous! Very disheartening experience. Our project manager mentioned something about us being guinea pigs for the materials used. That shouldnt happen.

      Using System Pavers of ********* was a horrible decision that I regret daily! My small backyard project was supposed to be completed by April 27th 2024 is still not completed as of today (August 28th, 2024). I've heard nothing but lies & excuses from manager ***** *****. The fact that I might not be able to use my new backyard built-in bbq the by end of summer is criminal- who knows if these **************** will ever complete my project! Additionally, my HOA is demanding that remaining pallets of blocks are removed from the front of my house asap- these idiots cant even accomodate getting the blocks picked up. My goal is to make sure no homeowners in the ************** area ever put their trust and money in System Pavers of *********! By the way, the only reason they received one star is because you cant save as no stars!

      Poor communication small project should have taken a week is now into over a month. Teams are contracted out people who set pavers brought whole family and camped out on our driveway with toddlers sleeping on concrete. Still waiting on turf communication is non existent will post when completed fingers crossed. Also waiting on broken piece to be replaced. Did not cover air conditioning unit when work was going on so lots of rocks and dirt on AC unit :(

      First off let me say this company is a joke. So far I am at week 7 of a 1 week job. This company contracts out its work. You are left to deal with sub-contractors that show up when they want and do shoddy a** work. I have a project manager by the name of ***** who is extremely unresponsive and does not deliver on any promises. They ordered the wrong pieces for my project and are moving extremely slow to correct the job. The workers show up end of day and work for a bit then leave. You don't see them for days at a time and ***** can't seem guarantee or even give me a date to finish this dam project. Run as fast as you can. Don't get trapped like we did. Worst customer service ever !

      I had to replace my main water line from my meter to my house. last year System Pavers completed all my hardscape in my front yard. I called ******************************* and let him know I needed some pavers removed and reinstalled once the water line was complete. He came out that day gave me a price which I thought was very reasonable and had a crew out there as soon as I agreed on the price. When the work was completed you could not find where the paver work was done. ****** and the crew are 5 stars in my book. Thank you ****** for making this your emergency. Great job.

      System Pavers ("SP") did not honor the terms of the original project agreement as developed between *********************** (sales rep) and us (and approved by the city's building department and the ************************************ ************* was always in-scope but the project manager, *******************************, claimed that he and ****** never discussed this (hard to believe as they were both present during the project walk-thru which included *************). **** ordered the paver stones for the project. Since **** would not follow through on SP's commitment to the approved project plan, he said that his team leader, ***, could do the job on the side. *** quoted me an EXTRA $800 to complete the work on *************. As I wanted the entire project completed, I was forced to pay this additional amount. To no one's surprise, the extra paver material happened to be the exact amount required to complete ************* project. **** somehow knew enough to order just the right amount that would have covered ************* as originally agreed and approved. I felt like I was being coerced to pay his team leader extra money (on the side) for a supposed internal misunderstanding between **** and ******. I do not understand why a reputable company as System Pavers would resort to treating a customer in the manner that I was treated (even after giving them 4 referrals before my project was ever completed). In my opinion, the correct business decision for System Pavers is to reimburse me the $800 ASAP as ************* was always a part of the original plan. I would like to give more referrals to System Pavers and imagine what a strong testimony it would be when I can honestly exclaim that this team is very customer-focused and always intent on doing the right things for their customers. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot provide such a statement to anyone.

      I use this company here in *******. I signed the contract. They started the job. It took them within a five months band. They were here for less than two days. They never finish a job. Ive been paying them monthly payments for a job that was never completed theyve been ignoring my calls text and emails, they did a very crappy job. The manager supervisors that *** reached out to you have been ignoring me. They never completed my job. It is not completed and I have not heard from them at all. It has been two months. do not use these guys. They are a total scam.

      System Pavers........I had patio surfaces installed on virgin grassy areas. The crew from System Pavers [headed by *********************** were clear and did construct the patios to proposed platforms. If there was need for tweaking, ***** was quick to have his crew react to address the "fix". I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing patio work.
