  Horrible company. Told us if we signed the day of the estimate we would get a discount and since we were getting additional bids they would allow us up to 3 days to cancel and get a full refund. We slept on it and realized the price was way out of line so we cancelled in less than 24 hours. 2 weeks later they still have not refunded our down payment of over $5000. We call, we text and they give us lies and excuses. System pavers is extremely dishonorable and cannot be trusted. They are liars through and through.

  ******* ** location. Estimated the job and we liked the proposal. They asked for a deposit and the check had cleared less than an hour after they left. After several weeks a project manager came for a walk through with the estimator. We were told project could start the next week. Two weeks went by and nothing. I had to call and was told the project manager had quit. Another manager came out and refuted everything the first one said as far as how deep to dig and where pavers would go. And then we waited another couple of weeks and heard nothing. The estimator told us he was told wrong about the digging as his trainer was from ********** and to please give them another chance. We decided no and requested our deposit back or at least a partial deposit return. We were told no. Our decision to not go through with this company was based on lack of trust by hearing conflicting information on the project. The initial consultation was slick and the pictures looked great. But by not doing our homework on this company we unfortunately lost our deposit and still do not have a walkway

  A 2week project is now taking 2 months. The project managers make promises but have no control over the workers who are apparently subcontractors. They show up late some of them dont do any work. They left trash all around my property for two maybe three weeks now Ive been trying to get some corrections made on work that just was basically poured poorly done and they keep coming out and telling me that they fixed it and they havent done anything. Theyve already systems pavers already fired one of their contractors, who basically was dismissive and, not responsive to my complaints. I keep getting told that theyve been out to my house and they finished the work but the work isnt finished. I would never use this company again. I would never recommend this company to anybody dont go With Systems Pavers

  We moved to this new home in January and there was no landscaping. Just dirt. Now, thanks to everyone at System Pavers, we have a beautiful patio area. I first met with ******* to discuss design & price. He quickly understood what I wanted & put the dream to reality. Once the work started, I communicated regularly with *****, the Job *******. I can not express enough how much I appreciated his attention to details & always talked with me if there were any questions or issues. And we resolved each & every issue quickly & in a satisfactory manner. Even after adding additional features for our patio throughout the project, everyone stayed on point and kept things moving. We're finishing up the little details now...and we're still being well taken care of...right through to completion!!

  The work was done well but the customer service was horrible. They told me they were putting rebar in and then did not. The foreperson said he would adjust the bill and then it wasn't and they wanted me to pay for the labor to dig down and see if the work was done properly. The workers told me that they didn't put the rebar in but now they are saying they did it. Very bad taste in my mouth. Lying kills them for me. I used this company 3 times before and they were very good. Business has really gone down hill in the past 4 years! They also left a port a potty in front of our house for 5 days after they finished work.

  We worked with ******* when System Pavers remodeled our patio and later we had them make a pad for our teardrop trailer. *******, every one on his staff and their contract workers have been professional and easy to work with. When we did the patio, their ******* worked with is to update the post bases to raise wood post above the new pavers. The job went well and the surface is good looking and durable. went to the building supply to obtain the new bases, painted them and we installed them in-place together. Unfortunately we had to call him back, when a portion of the trailer pad sank due to a water leak from a city placed water main valve. ******* responded quickly and sent **** to repair the sunken pavers. After the city removed the faulty leaking valve, **** did a great job replacing and repairing the pavers. System Pavers, ******* and **** are professional and courteous and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

  I utilized system pavers to replace a driveway and walkway to my house. I was promised that they would stand behind their work. I have had them come out three different times. I was told replacement pavers were not available. The pavers are uneven and the in some areas the tiles were cut poorly so they have large gaps They left me a bag of sand Weeds are growing through out the pavers and some of them are uneven. I was informed it is caused by tree roots. When the pavers were installed I was told a sealant of fabric would serve as an underlay so weeks would not grow. I did not check at the time to see if the sealant was ever placed but the weed issues are continuous. The company informed me to use roundup....a poison to kill the weeds. Hardly a warranty that makes any sense as all. I never received any drawings....they just used the pattern that existed. I was encouraged to use this company by a friend who lives in Westminster. Her project looks perfect. She has never had any problems and my problems began appearing within a few short weeks of the work. The warranty as far as my concern was just a way to raise the price....not worth anything to the customer. Once the money was paid.......the warranty was worthless.

  Read the contract entirely!This company has proven itself to be shady as can be.We had ******* come to our home to give an estimate and quote. First he seemed professional and provided us with a great sense of comfort by throwing out the warranty, insured and bonded narrative. We were concerned with our pool, pool skimmer, air conditioning and pool equipment. ******* said not to worry as they have moved a/cs plenty of time and if it breaks it covered by insurance, same with the pool equipment, piping and skimmer. This made us feel great, until we read the e contract and it contradicted everything ******* told us. We asked for an addendum to be added to cover us in case they break anything during demo. They refused.We called them and spoke with ***, the manager, he proceeded to make excuses, saying it must have been a misunderstanding. We asked to have a project manager come by to which *** said that can only happen after you sign the contract (likely to allow for change orders and cost the consumer more money). After some pressure, *** allowed a project manager to come by. During the walk-thru we voiced our concerns again about the pool equipment, piping and skimmer, which they said we will be careful and work slowly we asked will it be covered if they break it, they quickly deflected and didnt really answer us. Flash forward, they sent over another contract, this time it had a specific section regarding the skimmer saying consumer was made aware that the skimmer May break and cost could be $5,700 to replaceThats 3 times what we paid 2 years ago. This is a way for them to cover themselves and have a subcontractor they work with to be the one to replace it, not to mention they probably wouldnt be careful around the skimmer or other equipment.All this company does is lie and act deceitful in nature to make a sale. Read the contract thoroughly and pressure for a walkthrough prior to signing.Shady Pavers is more like the name.

  Caution should be exercised when considering this company. Their exorbitant prices are justified by their promise of perfection, but our experience with them has been riddled with defects and issues. In fact, they had to demolish all the walls they installed due to several problems. While they did acknowledge their sub-contractor did a poor job and started over again, their business model is to charge high prices and subcontract jobs to crews that do mediocre work. We thought they had redeemed themselves when they fixed their shoddy work, but they took advantage of our trust by overcharging us for a job addition that we had agreed on specific specifications for. Despite discussing the work in detail in person, they failed to submit drawings or concepts, leading to a he-said-she-said situation. Essentially, they are trying to recoup their losses from their sub-contractor's poor work by ripping us off. Their negligence resulted in severe damage to our pool and driveway gate, amounting to almost $15,000 in damages. Despite their high prices, they lack ethics and prioritize profit over rectifying their mistakes.

  We are working directly with the client to come to amicable solutions towards their complaints of shoddy work. We have sent communication to them stating the areas that need to be addressed/repaired. We are waiting for a response from the client to allow us access to do the necessary repairs.

  Beware of this company. Their designer, ****, **** up a basic plan, lacked all details of sloping, a guess on how many stairs needed and inaccurate measurements. If you do not have a detailed plan it will end up costing you more money. System Pavers will take every opportunity to charge you more and do whatever they want regardless of what you communicated. System Pavers also hires Sub Contractors. They lied, telling us they were all their employees. I question if all their subcontractors are properly licensed. And the quality of work done by all their subcontractors varies greatly. We had 3 different subcontractors on our jobsite. Since the job took over 6 months to complete. For over 6 months, our yard was torn apart, we had no walkways or driveway to our home. System Pavers started the prep work and then informed us they could not slope the patio towards the front yard as we had requested. And because this wasn't in writing on the design plans it became a fight. Additionally, because there were only 2 stairs in the plans. System Pavers charged us an exorbitant amount of money for 1 more step. The first crew cut corners, was extremely unprofessional and caused damages to our property. I finally called the head ******* and told him I did not want them on our property.After our yard was torn apart, did the head ******* inform us they could do the requested sloping of our front patio. Apparently, our front steps were too high. No one ever measured to make sure that what we had requested could be done. The new patio was the main reason why we chose to do this job. We had to fight with all levels of management.We now live with a front walkway that's not in the correct location of our yard. It doesn't line up with the front doors as our plans show. Management said they'd correct it if we paid more money. I finally agreed and they never followed through with the correction. I highly suggest you do not hire System Pavers.
