      **** Going did a nice job of sizing up our pergola request. Five days later he said that he had forwarded our request to the engineers. We never heard from him again. After a while I called to find out the status and was told that we had withdrawn our request which was an outright lie as we never said such a thing. This is no way to do business. As far as we are concerned this company deserver no more business. To us they no longer exist. I hope that more people read these reviews before getting into the messes these reviews portray.

      System Pavers was hired to do a job at my home. I was told it was going to be a 5 day project and now we are 3 months in and its still not finished. They caused thousands of dollars in damage to my home/lawn and refuse to fix it. Also be aware that System Pavers only uses sub-contactors.The team that System Pavers had at my home did not follow state or federal guidelines and now my yard and home are completely covered in Silica Dust. The dust has killed my yard and is going to cost thousands to ************* the Silica Dust correctly. I used the finance company within System Pavers and our designer said that I was approved only to wait until I was told to sign the contract that they wanted a $2,700 on top of the deposit for our financing. I did not receive anything in the mail after I applied and was told not to worry this is how they handle things. When I asked a manager to come out all he did was show up and take pictures and pretended to listen to my wife and I. I have asked repeatedly for an updated contract and still do not have one. I then sent an email to everyone I could find listed in upper management with before and after pictures along with videos of the damage and the cause of the Silica Dust damage and they did not respond.I was offered a discount only if I would recommend System Pavers. I will be happy to share any and all before and after pictures with the BBB and anyone else who would like to see them.
