    I had bought the spray after using it I had informed them it didnt work . I told them to cancel it and 2 weeks later they took money out my account and still sent another order . I returned it and they didnt refund my money back after telling them and not do I have the product. They owe me money ! They kept trying to say and say it wasnt returned and got returned to them. I dont have a product nor money back

    Zero stars for this rip-off company! BugMd. Iike many others I ordered one time from these crooks, specified I didn't want another order but they continue to bill me and send me more of there useless product They should be prosecuted for fraudulent billing practices.

We hope, should you need a product like ours, that you give us a try. We have a friendly return and refund policy. You can sign up for a single one time order or a subscription. For subscriptions we have updated our processing pages so there is no confusion when signing up and receiving discounts.

    It doesnt work. And the form of payments that they got from me from my first time purchased they will keep it have it in their file and automatically they billed me twice without my authorization. 2nd purchased that they charged me automatically was $21.84 then the second automatically charged was $83.00 without my consent nor authorization. And those two purchased were all on the same month.

    I bought the BugMD starter kit for ************* It DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!!This product is a TOTAL rip-off. Do NOT waste your money on it.I'm SO upset about this, you have no idea. I give it a NEGATIVE 10 rating. -10 They might as well have sent me a spray bottle of scented water.....oh wait, I think that IS what they sent to me.-**************
