    HAPPY BLESSED NEW YEAR!Thank you for this fantastic product! We have 3 cats and in the process of moving out of state. We went through ever corner of our home to make sure no pests were in our home. Also we put it on our fur babies. There is hardly no more scratching from them. The quality of your product is next to none. My husband even commented and said "what is this voodoo that they have done so well!"We just love y'all for creating this outstanding formulation!     I placed an order November ****** Ad said I will receive item 5-7 business days. Keep check trackings package November 12 shipping label created Whittier,ca November ***** package in **. November ******** still waiting in **. NOVEMBER ***** still in **. December 1 back in ********,**. December 2 now in **********,ca December 3 package back to **? December 4 package comes?. It took 1month for this to come. The shipping company they use is Habit Parcels which have Horrible Review. Now Im sending back for a complete refund and there is a completely different address in ****** to ship to? Be aware

    I am so upset that I was tricked into thinking 10 bottles were $17.99. I am elderly and don't see good sometimes. I thought something was strange, when they didn't show me the total they were going to charge. Now, I see why. They prey on older people like me, to buy their product without showing the total amount. Once you put in your credit card info and press okay, then the price you just paid comes up, but by then it's too late. Their website is deceptive, and I pray the *** gets them on them because they don't do upfront pricing, where you can see what the total is, beforehand. I am raising four grandkids, on a fixed income. There's no way I have $193.00 to spend on ***** spray, and especially right before Christmas. All I can do now is hope and pray I can get my money back somehow. I am writing this complaint in hopes it warns others, not to buy their products unless they can show the total amount before the customer presses okay. I am so hurt and angry at myself for being taken advantage of. I contacted them immediately and tried to stop the charge to no avail, so far. BugMD has stolen my grandkids Christmas through deception, and I pray I get my money back.

    I get marketing text messages daily from random numbers. I mark all of them as spam and everyday a new one shows up from a different number. I would literally use any product in the country over a company whose marketing strategy is unsolicited spam messaging. Beyond frustrating.

    Ok, you charged me ***** on the 3rd of November.I received an email from you on the 15th of November saying that I owe 0.00 for my order but my order was only *****. So...I went in to my bank account, after receiving this email and found out you ACTUALLY charged me ***** for this order. I ordered it 12 days ago, you took more money then you were authorized to, haven't got a refund for the ***** and you have treated me like I'm an idiot when I've contacted you about the issue. Getting ahold of the BBB and letting EVERYONE I know NOT to use your product.

    Purchased 10 bottles, because they said it was a better deal, but when I started the order, they didn't show how much the order total was until I filled out my payment information. When I tapped the next button, then the total amount was shown. $197.00.I tried to cancel the order right there, but there was no option for a cancelation. I contacted them and they gave me a return number, I mailed it and they received it in the middle of October (2024) but I ha e not received the refund.
