    DO NOT BUY A CONDO MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY. TEAM HOA is not licensed with the Department of Real Estate. TEAM HOA does not adhere to the CC&Rs and uses "bully" techniques to force HOA Owners, that do not agree with their illegal business practices, to pay their illogical assesments, fines, and vendors (with no reasonable notification and no 2nd bids). Mafia techniques.
    "J****" is very unprofessional.
    Proceed with Caution.
