    I purchased product that never arrived. I filed fraudulent charges with my credit card company and Aromatic fought it even though they never sent me my product. You can't contact this company by any means. Email is fake, phone number is for a painting company. This is a fraudulent company

    I ordered this shower aromatherapy system as a Christmas gift but it never received it. The company's contact info, email, phone number is not in service. Ordered on November 16, 2022. Order#*****, order status paid, not fulfilled, for $65.99. I want a full refund and to have the website removed so no one else is scammed.

    I placed an order for a product on October 16th, 2022. I have not received what I paid for (they took the money our of my account right after I ordered), and they have not given me what I ordered. I have contacted the company several times (through e-mail and ******** messenger) and have had no response. I also went to their website, but got an error message when I tried to contact customer service.

    Order for 2 Shower Starter Kits placed on 12/04/2022. Email confirmation of order sent by Essio on 12/04/2022 - order number *****. Payment transaction completed on 12/05/2022 for $71.98 for SP AROMATEC **** DDA PIN POS PUR ************************************* CA#********* I have sent 5 emails requesting shipping/tracking information. None have been responded to by Essio. Online website account information shows order ***** placed, paid in full, and yet status remains "unfulfilled".I would like my order fulfilled, but it appears that will not happen. Therefore I would expect an immediate full refund of my entire purchase price.

    I ordered on 10/17 and received an email that my order was received. As of today it has not yet been fulfilled and no response to my email to check on order. Tried phone number I looked up online and it goes to different company. Planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
