      I dont have insurance or primary doctor and I needed an Anti viral for my cold sore. They wouldnt prescribe me anything for it because I have to be seen by a doctor. Im never using this service again, its pointless.

      I sought online care based on a friend's recommendation and pisitive review. My experience was awful! GoodRX took my payment, but over a 3 day period, never linked me with a provider.

      The rep talked to me like I was stupid for explaining Ive been getting charged for a subscription I cancelled or never had. He was so rude. I luckily got my membership cancelled. Hopefully this time around or Ill need to deal with my credit card company for fraud. Because last time I cancelled I guess they decided they didnt want to cancel. *** never worked with a worst company in customer service. BEWARE! I would never recommend this service to anyone.

      Needed to get a refill on a medication over the weekend so I used GoodRX Care. I was charged $59 for the visit with no refill and got an article to read over the messenger.

      Joined monthly membership and paid visit fee yesterday Sunday. Absolutely no call was received per promise. Today Monday, there was a message with a link for you to start all over again to pay monthly fee and a visit fee, although you have not even started last visit. This was for UTI, by this time, my kidney could easily be wiped out as bacteria crawl up the urinary tract.Need money back, it's a complete scam. HJJ

      From a pharmacist perspective they are horrible. When you use their app, they give you prices for a number of pharmacies. My pharmacy has always been listed. Our software tries to find the best deal for our customers which is not always Good Rx.. They found out about this, and have since stopped listing my pharmacy in the results.. Money grabbing is all they care about.. They are terrible.

      Tried to use goodrx for a Healthcare appointment. A day after, they never called. They don't answer the messages in the chat. There's no way to get ahold of goodrx care, only goodrx. They charged me twice - 9.99 and *****. Goodrx said they would refund me the 9.99, but not the *****. Claimed they couldn't se both charges. They asked me to contact goodrxcare through the chat, and that they nor I have any other way to contact them. Another issue I have is that they have no reason to keep my information if they aren't going to go through with the appointment. This is a scam. You don't get care. You don't get your money back. They steal your medical information and money. A

      Good experience! I have a chronic condition that I ran out of meds for during the weekend. GoodRx was fast, way cheaper than urgent care. The woman who helped me, *****, was very caring and informative. A lot of times, visits with health professionals leave me feeling dismissed, or flat out ignored. At GoodRx, I felt very well taken care of, listened to, and will be using this service for emergency prescription refills in the future.

      These complaints are all 100% accurate. I should've known better I'm only out $19 dollars though. Long story short I paid $19 dollars to speak with a "board certified liar" who messaged at 3:30am asking when I would be avaliable to speak on the phone once I replied I never heard another word from this person. Then they wanted another $19 dollars to resume the appointment... Do not fall for the same thing people if your considering this place they will rip you off in the same way!!
