      This company is a scam. I paid $90 for a year membership. I tried to use it today for the 1st time thinking was I was going to save $10.52 on my prescription and the code didn't work! I even called and had the pharmacist talk to the agent. She read the code to him and he said nothing came up. I was not refunded the $10.52 I should have saved and spent well over an hour working to get it corrected. Supervisor said she was going to call pharmacist and call me back. She never did. They wouldn't refund me the membership either.

On some occasions pharmacies do provide a refund for the price difference, but it is done at their discretion. You will have to speak with your local pharmacy for more information.       Trying to resolve a problem of price discrepancy of coupon that was presented at RiteAid for Rx. Coupon stated one price pharmacy charged different price claiming prices change, have tried to contact GoodRx but have used their site---ada-at-goodrx.com but have not received a response from my inquiry. There is no avenue to rectify problems with price versus pharmacies.

      Did not interact with a telehealth provider other than one message and prescription from them. Symptoms did not resolve and was told to book another appointment at cost to receive further treatment from a Customer Support person.

      After a very disappointing interaction with what seemed to be a chatbot, I was given a prescription. They wouldn't send my prescription to any pharmacy close to me, and I do not have transportation to further locations. I spoke with a representative on the phone who told me he could not manually send the prescription to the *** near me BECAUSE I AM NOT A GOLD MEMBER. When I called back, another representative told me that my best bet was to try to resolve my issue in the chat. I attempted to do this and am still waiting for a response over 12 hours later. I am left in pain and unable to access my prescription because im not a Gold member. This service is an expensive and inhumane scam.

      I went through the process of signing up got a treatment issued picked a pharmacy and the website said call ahead 1 hour to confirm that the prescription is ready, When I called *********************** they do not even participate in Good RX so my prescription is sitting at a location that I cannot even get the medicine from without paying 4x the amount. I wrote them at 10:17 am and it is now almost 4 pm no response, what a joke --- I sit in pain from a UTI and can't get the meds. I want my money back and cancel this nonsense.

      GoodRx is a horrible service. Please stay far, far away from them. I have had my prescription canceled twice in one day and was left on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a manager. Their managers were in a meeting, and not one of them could step out to help a customer who was asking for a supervisor. I'm not one to be a ***** about companies. But for those who value clear and open communication, you won't find it with them.IF YOU HAVE MEDS THAT NEED TO BE TAKEN DAILY, DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY IT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!!!!

      The nurse practitioner prescribed me medication without reading my intake forms. I mentioned the medications I was already taking three times in the comments, one on the final what medications form are you taking form. There's no way she reviewed the medicine I was taking or the comments I made pre-appointment. I kept screenshots of the conversation; the ad was also misleading. I have a screenshot of that, too. I will be reaching out for a refund.Very poor experience.

      One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! Sounds great but all they want is your money. Needed entresto for heart failure and signed up in November. 13 calls and 5 months later of having to constantly check the status and keep up with them on where they were at we are now in February! After all that now they say we make slightly too much and dont even qualify! Why didnt they even mention this at the beginning!! Months and months of wasted time and stress not to mention not having the life needed medication needed. Stay away. They are full of excuses and apologies but never any follow through

      GoodRX is a complete scam as the others have said. There is no interactive chat with any doctor. Just alleged nurse practitioners. They quoted me discounted prices on a medicine (a topical cream) which at the most costs $650 without insurance. They quoted prices of $80-150 for the medicine at various local pharmacies. After the nurse practitioner said she approved the prescription, she said select a pharmacy. The pharmacies all said the medicine was $22000, but the GoodRX price was discounted to $16000 or more! Im not kidding. This was as if I were buying a car. I called to cancel the consultation fee of $19.00 and was told it would be refunded. My credit card said the $19 was charged twice. Their membership office said they sent an email to confirm the refund. Twice sent the claim. I never received one. Im cancelling this gold membership, The site is a complete fraud and should be investigated.
