I needed a prescription and the pharmacy I requested didnt accept Good RX so I tried having it sent somewhere else but Good RX never responded or gave me my $49 back. Their response time is horrible.GoodRx

This service is a scam. They take your $49 before you even talk to a 'Dr.' though come to find out it's just a nurse practitioner not a Dr. **** I talked to the nurse she sent me one message. One! Before ghosting me. She said sorry but your symptoms do not match your diagnosis. We cannot help you go see a doctor in person. Excuse me? I've already been diagnosed. I just wanted some medication which would have been cheaper to do online vs going to the doctor in person for. But what really was upsetting was how I was just ghosted. No further help or messages despite paying $49. I feel like I just got scammed.GoodRx

As a senior citizen, I had a prescription that had a 200 dollar copay for a one month supply. A check with GoodRx said the copay should be 15 dollars for a 3 month supply. First you cannot use this savings plan with your regular health care insurance. It is a stand alone service where you can check prescription prices online at the different pharmacies. Download the app for best results. Call the GoodRx customer service line if you encounter problems. This is my first time using this service so do your due diligence.GoodRx

We're glad you were able to find such great savings, ****! You are correct, in that GoodRx coupons cannot be combined with insurance or other savings plans. However, there are some instances where your provider may reimburse you. We recommend you keep your receipts, fill out your provider reimbursement form, save a copy, and submit the form to the proper channels. CVS is not accepting GoodRX although when you go on GoodRX it provides a CVS price. My understanding is that CVS has a contract/agreement with ******, so can you explain why they are not accepting GoodRX?GoodRx

Same issue as others have listed.My intention going in was to get Generic from a specific pharmacy near me. Nurse Practitioner put in a prescription for Brand name drug, then ghosted me. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of pharmacy options far away from me. There is no number to call and complain. The only form of communication is the message chat and it is dead silent.GoodRx

This is an absolute scam. They took my money and all my information, never sent the prescription they said I was getting, and stopped responding to me entirely. Their account sends me to an email for support. The email sends me to the account for support. I tried emailing and calling to have my account deleted. The first call center rep said she was processing the cancellation of my account, left me on hold for 15min, and hung up. The second rep said I was issued a refund for my visit two hours ago, which was before I even had an account or made any payment. He then claimed to be filling out a form for data deletion. Funny how none of these reps know what delete my account means or how to do it. I expect fraud from this company, and Im posting here to protect anyone else from enduring this. All I wanted was an honest telehealth visit and now my money and identity may be at risk. Thanks GoodRx Care!GoodRx

GoodRx fraudulently charged my credit card $9.99 a month without my approval! I have prescription drug insurance coverage and rarely pay more than $7.00 for a script. GoodRx never contacted me to verify the charge, never sent a notification in the mail. Nothing! I did some digging and apparently GoodRx teamed up with CVS in 2023. What a SURPRISE! I stopped using CVS in 2023, the worst pharmacy ever! I question whether CVS signed me up with GoodRx and shared my credit card information with GoodRx without my consent!! This is definitely not legal! I look at my credit card statements every month. I have a joint account with my spouse and when I looked at our joint statement, I thought it was my spouses charge because he has used GoodRx in the past. When I realized it was my card that was charged, I couldnt believe it! I want every ***** reimbursed, and I want GoodRx to send me the paperwork with my signature giving them the consent to charge me $9.99 a month for a service I dont need and never used! I am a senior citizen and I wonder if I was a target! Seniors have enough to deal with! Feel like this is just another SCAM, carried out my companies that we should be able to TRUST!GoodRx

1 starContacted this Company on 1-8-2024. Agreed to sign up with them because my two medications were around $1500. A month with my insurance until I met my high yearly deductible. It sounded to good to be true. Only $75.00 a month for both. Here it is 2-19-2024 and call them at least once a week since I was promised they would rush the whole process on 1-8-2024. Still nothing. They are quick to take your sign up fee and monthly payments but still nothing. I had well over a month to study this and name phone calls myself so I contacted the Companys that make the medications and found out if you cant afford your refills it is free. They send you a three month supply. ****** everything before you get conned into these people and other Companys like them. When your on a fixed income you just can not afford your prescriptions their are vultures out there waiting to con you in. I would run as fast as I could and do not waste your time on RX Savers. I know they are going to respond with my review with a lot of apologies and excuses but all of those words that they respond back to you is just words. They do not care about anything but scamming people. My two medications are life threatening if I do not take them. I have lung problems and no I do not smoke so I need Trelegy to even function and have had a heart valve replacement and have to take Enestro the rest of my life. Thats some pretty serious stuff.
