      I wanted to leave a great review because I was given good service last time I reached out, but I have been messaging all day and no one will respond. My symptoms have returned and no one will get back to me about treatment. I understand completely about a delay on weekends, but 9 hours with no response while I'm in pain is agony. This is making me rethink paying for a membership.

      Agreed with other reviews here that the doctors/nurses appear to not read information, perscribe, and then completely disappear and abandon patient. I had a UTI, listed an antibiotic that my past UTI did not respond to, meaning I would need a different one. A nurse comes on, says she prescribing the antibiotic that is ineffective for me, and when I explained it does not work for me and asked for an alternative I received no response. Had to call and get a refund. Use literally any other service for your health.

      Horrible! They make it seem really easy. Got my UTI antibiotics prescribed, according to them it got sent to my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy 2 hours later and they never received anything! Now I cant get a hold of anyone.

      Everything seemed straightforward until after I received a text with my prescription and the case was closed. If you have questions or concerns about the prescribed medication, you're left in limbo, unsure if you'll receive a response. I was prescribed a medication that has side effects I had specifically mentioned I struggled with and wanted to avoid. Now, Im left with a prescription Im not comfortable taking and no viable treatment plan. Unfortunately, this means I will need to seek alternative care elsewhere.

      I paid for a Gold membership and my visit for UTI, completed the triage questions, and then waited for a call back. Two hours later, I received a message in the app that stated I missed my appointment. My phone never rang and I had no missed calls. In the app, I had the option to continue my visit so I selected continue. I have not received any response since that time. I have messaged the chat again this morning three times. I still have not received any response. I decided to search online for a contact number, since one is not listed in the app. The only number I could find is for GoodRx, not GoodRx Care Medical. The person who answered was no help. He stated that the care team could only be reached by chat and I would need to wait 4-8 hours for a response. I tried to explain that I had been waiting over 14 hours at this time but he insisted that the care team could not be reached any other way except through chat. He readily offered me a refund which makes me believe that this is a frequent problem with GoodRx Care Medical. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting on a call from a provider. Had I known the experience would be so difficult and time consuming, I would have pursued a different option.

      Its not that the company isnt nice to work with, everyone was helpful and pleasant. But I called the pharmaceutical company directly when I started to get concerned this was a scam and she explained this is a third-party company charging for a service that the pharmaceutical company offers free. All they are doing is contacting the company for you to see if you qualify for the medication for free, and then they are charging you a monthly fee. I have dual coverage insurance, so I dont qualify and the gentleman that signed me up, knew that and had me move forward anyway and charged me. The process is also very slow, so you are at risk of not getting your medication and proof of income, and all of that, taken care of before the time frame ends to get your refund.I will say it was very easy to get my refund, the conversation was less than two minutes and she was very kind. They said it would take several business days and I checked my account and its already pending. The sad thing is, they sound like they are helping people and really all they are doing is contacting the company for you and then charging you when the company would give it to you (if you qualify).

      It was easy to set up and pay of course, and thought this online service was perfect for my situation, as i was outdoors(with service)for a while and far away from anything and wanted treatment ready for me on my way home. *************************** was neglectful, basically left me on read mid convo and disappeared! I thought I was scammed $40. During the hours it took for them to get back to me, I was able to go to a local clinic and get the care I needed for something simple. I did appreciate ***************************** for her diligence and attentiveness hours later though, she was nice and understanding.Overall, I spent $40 for someone to iignore me/neglected to communicate anything. This isnt right.
