      WARNING. This service does not work. I had braces when I was 20 which resulted in a perfect smile. My teeth have shifted since then, and I thought Byte would be able to correct this. I was very wrong. The retainers did not fit properly so they had me file and cut away excess material on my own. I used their Hyperbyte and finished all of the steps of their treatment and it did not result in aligning my teeth at all. There were gaps between the teeth and my two front teeth overlapped. They simply were not straight. I tried to work this out with them, and they sent me extra aligners. The extra aligners did not fit my teeth even a little bit. I could have found a better fit from fake teeth in a Halloween store. This whole service was so bad I would not recommend it to anyone. Now they won't release me from my payments without having a dentists recommendation which is the process I'm going through now. Save yourself time and disappointment by not doing business with Byte.

      Great product idea. Seriously flawed. I really like my aligners and don't have issues with them. My issues have been with customer service, payment processing and the app.. I reached out to byte and haven't heard back.

      I had an awful experience with this company, change their BBB rating. I waited 2 months for my second set of aligners. My treatment was supposed to be done in September now November. I couldn't reach them on the phone, email or on the app for weeks. THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY. They do not care about their customers. Should not be on approved on the BBB site. .

      DO NOT order from Byte: 1) HORRIBLE customer service that works like this: you contact them, they and you a chipper response asking for more information like photos and asking questions of how you are wearing your aligners. Then, no response for days, you get another customer service agent asking you the same questions, asking for the same photos, and then no response for days. And....you get the point? 2)There is no proper follow-up with a real dentist or professional, just nonstop canned responses from "Dental Assistants" which I'm not even sure are real licensed professionals b/c you never get a full name. I'm not even sure this is all legal to have someone purchase a medical device with basically no real patient care and people that are totally unqualified giving you, the client the run around. Now, watch some chipper upbeat person will respond to this negative review and say, "Contact ** immediately!" Guess what. I have, and you guys have been just AWFUL. I would like a full refund. The product doesn't work. At all.

      So at first it seemed like a wonderful promotion- "only $15 to get an impression kit" Then it went from me needing alignment for the day and that there are options for paying besides out of pocket which I knew I wouldn't be approved for. Now the after a three months they ******* me back in saying this is the last month before your account is deleted and hurry up and speak to advisor before your impression goes bad due to shifting of teeth. Which I do reach back out and now all of a sudden they have a 4th payment option that "550+ credit score" so I'm like this is perfect especially since my score is lower but definitely not 550 . I applied and still got denied which is odd because my score is higher it's 590+ so I feel scammed by whatever they use to check credit because I also make over $10,000 speaking to an advisor has been completely a waste of time. They'll text and then ghost you. I either want my $15 back or have them look into why I was disapproved

We do offer financing through BytePay as well, which does not require a credit check and has a 100% approval rate.       I have been trying to get a refund on my aligners . I don't feel comfortable getting them after reading bad reviews .I don't feel comfortable moving forward with byte. I've emailed customer service multiple times and they have been horrible I haven't gotten a response.

      In the beginning the company seemed so helpful. I felt like I was on the right path. The product has not worked after three times of trying. I have followed everything in my care plan to a tee, and it is not working. They have done the run around too many times now. The product will not work!!! My teeth apparently need actual braces. They want me to pay for a dentist to say that the product will not work. The dentist at Byte should be able to see the product is not working based on my lack of results. The company knows that the product does not work for everybody and should stand by that. Not make it a struggle to get a refund.

      Terrible company. They charge the same whether they do your whole mouth or not. They made me believe they could treat my whole mouth. Got my aligners and they only sent aligners for the top. Still charging me the same as if they were to treat my whole mouth. I couldn't cancel because they have a no return policy. Would not recommend

When you purchase aligners the price is a comprehensive all in one cost which includes; dental imaging, manufacturing, accessories, shipping and the HyperByte (valued at $699). Prior to entering treatment all customers are sent a 3D rendition of their treatment plan so they can review the adjustments being made and approve of the treatment plan before the aligners are sent to manufacturing. In this 3D rendition, you will be able to review that the plan is a single arch treatment and should have received an email from our Clinical Support team explaining why dual arch treatment cannot be completed.
