10/10 customer service. Usually respond within 24 hours.
9/10 app. Initially had issues with checkins but that got resolved
10/10 product. Cheaper than braces and other aligners. No dentist required as they have one within the company and reviews the pictures. Aligners will hurt the first day each week but that's normal. Swap them out every week. It's recommended to use hyperbyte to shorten treatment and help with sensitivity. The whitening/cleaning solution that comes with it also works amazingly with no sensitivity. The only issue is you begin to run out of it within 2 months. Overall, 10/10 rating from meByte

I received my aligners about a month ago. I am on week 5 and have attempted to contact the company multiple times, without any response. One of the aligners I received doesn't cover my whole teeth. It might normal but I would need to actually speak to someone to figure that out. I only received 11 aligners and it is supposed to be a 12 week process. Also might be how it is set up but again I WOULD NEED TO SPEAK TO THE COMPANY TO KNOW! I'm not impressed and from the reviews I've read, this happens with ALOT of costumers.Byte

Dealing with this company has been by far the worst experience of my life. During the pandemic I thought this would be the perfect time to do some self improvements, I've always wanted a better smile, with that being said I found Byte and thought this would be perfect for me so I signed up. I received my first set in less than three weeks and began my treatment, however when I tried my 4th aligners week four they did not fit. So I called Byte and had to go thought the whole process all over again, but this time it took more than six weeks to receive them not to mention they lost the second box and I ended up waiting for 2 months for that replacement finally the 2nd box was sent and number five aligners still didn't fit. Called Byte back and the run around began, but I still had to pay the monthly payment which is not fair and was told they have already received their money and I must continue paying the finance company so pretty much I'm stuck with these aligners. I now have 2 boxes of worthless aligners, mind you this is no small cost for me but a major one. I feel I have been ripped off and i'm still paying for something I can not use, your customer satisfaction in my case is far below a one star rating, and now in reading other client reviews it seems as though so many others have had similar issues. In closing I can't believe what i'm going through all I wanted to do was improve my smile but with your schotte business practices combined with your poor customer support have given me less of a reason to do so, also i should have researched "BYTE" more indepthe because you would be the type of company who would when I payed for an ice cream cone would give me a cone and no ice cream very misleading, and really really "BITES"Byte

Since every person's anatomy is different, sometimes teeth can be a bit more stubborn than we anticipated. That means that we may have to adjust our approach and make a few changes to that plan. At this particular time I would much rather my money refunded to me. I have two boxes once again I have two boxes both, of these boxes have failed me. Your company has failed me, and I no longer wish to continue with this company it has been a complete nightmare with that being said a full refund would be the best thing for my situation at this particular time. My wife and I both did the Byte at night option.
At First things were great, well polished awesome customer service with check ins etc. Felt really good and safe with our choice.
Then when you get further into the program is where things get murky, and that shiny personal experience with great customer service comes to a screeching halt.
My initial treatment plan went to 15 steps and then I needed to check in to get the remaining 3-5 steps according to my plan. 20 steps total.
What I found is that when you check in at step 15, the delay is so large that there is a massive disconnect, and they want you to constantly send pictures because the quality or image isn't good enough, then go back to other aligner sets and take more pictures, etc. They don't believe you on how the aligners are fitting etc. Putting you off for WEEKS and WEEKS. I was in my last step 15 approx 2 months, and continuing to go thru this madness, I just gave up. Same with my wife. I do NOT recommend this company. They look all polished and great in the beginning, but they got their money, and feel like we were just another suckered into this. They wont refund or partially refund money. The Teeth really didn't move much to be honest. Dentist was not liking it either. Simple just don't do it. $4500 wasted.Byte

We appreciate you providing this feedback to us. At Byte, we know how important communication is and we always strive to be open and transparent. We previously were experiencing higher than normal volumes which caused delayed response times, we have since brought down those times and are now responding within 48-72 hours. We understand how frustrating it may be to have to send multiple photos as well as photos in previous sets. Since Byte is a remote treatment and we are not able to review your teeth chair, photos are the best way for us to see how your teeth are progressing. This is why the photos must be clear and in the best quality. With backtracking, this is done when air gap are present in the aligners. As every person's anatomy is different, sometimes teeth can be a bit more stubborn than we anticipated. When air gaps form this means the teeth have not moved into their proper positions which is why we ask our customers to backtrack. Awful experience. (1) completely understaffed. I am still waiting for help today on 8/19/2022, with a problem that I reported on 6/6/2022 and several follow-up emails begging for help. (2) the aligners did not do what they were expected to do; in the treatment plan, they show where my teeth will be moving to, but instead, they moved them too much to now be crowded, and no one will get back with meByte

I ordered from Byte in Dec 2021 and everything was going fine until one of my aligners broke m. I tried contacting them and no one ever responded back to me. They sent me aligners for my upper teeth and they don't fit because they didn't address the issue with the aligners. As of right bow, Im not wearing any aligners or retainers so my teeth have been shifted back to where it was before. Byte has taken my money without the proper service! Im very disappointed and I need a solution asap!! I have been waiting for 4 months already.!!Byte
