      I started the refund process with Byte April 7th 2022. As of today July 26th, 2022. I have been promised a direct phone call which has not been made. we have a 1,000 mile email thread of broken promises. Their response time is 3-5 business days to return a phone call. They have no explanation but that they are trying. I have tried my best not to include my lawyer and end up spending more money than I am owed from Byte originally. Your best bet is TO NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BYTE ONE THING YOU CAN look forward to with them I will say is getting a run around they are amazing at mind games and playing with your money. When in turn if this were any amount of money ($2,500) that was owed to Byte, you would be in collections. FAIR WARNING RUN!!

      This is posted to make them seem decent! They are the definition of first hand fraud! We have now 30 emails between April and August of them promising to return $2600. They continue to give a duck and goose chase! I just received a letter from collections. This company never answer's the phone. I've left numerous voicemails. They as of this Monday just stated once again that my refund has been approved but they no longer have an update aside from a few more weeks.

      I have been charged numerous times within the last few days for my payment. I have called and keep getting passed ******* sent email, have called my bank to stop payment (bc the first one went thru already) ... I'm getting no response from Byte at all! This is ridiculous.

      I've been wearing my first set of aligners since 2020 and my teeth still aren't where they need to be. I have tried calling, texting, e-mailing and created multiple support tickets and nobody has responded back. I would rather have a refund than have to keep dealing with this ****!

      I started back in February 2022 and committed to the Byte program by splitting payments with monthly payments on my cc. Well, June came around, now at the 14th week and after sharing my progress they said aligners were not made correctly, too much spacing, not a perfect fit. Well, I'm still waiting....I have called numerous times and referred to send emails. I sent them and they want me to be patient with their short staff issues. Sorry, I want my monthly payments to stop until they get their act together so I'm alerting my cc company and will file a complaint with them as well.

      My name is ****** ***** I signed up for byte on 5/30/2022 I paid in full! I received my aligners and began treatment all seemed well. i switch every 5 days. About three weeks ago I noticed there were only 15 aligners in my box of 17 and I was concerned so I reached out to CS. The response I got was they only send out the first 15 and then I will receive the rest. I was concerned because I had to switch in a few weeks. I have also asked about my last top aligner do I continue wearing it since I was on my last one a month ago and they have repeatedly ignored my question. So I've kept it in. I've tried calling and the message says experience high call volume and hangs up for the last week anytime of day I call. I've been sending requests for my aligners,photos of my teeth ect because I was supposed to switch to my #16 on Thursday 7/21 and I don't have them. They are in breach of contract and delaying my treatment. I'm sending a notice of dispute for the charges due to the fact they are not responding. This is really unprofessional. Their main website now says sorry for any delays in treatment we are staffing up? Something is going on with this company beware!

      There is something strange going on with the BYTE company. As seen in other reviews, my attempts to reach customer service have also failed. No response from the company. The sound of crickets is deafening. BYTE company advertises themselves as a top-notch customer service friendly company. Fortunately my treatment plan is done, and I would like to order replacement retainers. The free retainer has already split after less than six months. As mentioned, it's weird to go from easy customer service contact to no customer Service contact. What's really going on with the BYTE company?

      I have been trying to get my money back from this company for months! My top aligners will not fit over my teeth and every time I let them know they say lets take more pictures and another impression. I keep doing it but nothing is changing, the aligners come in and they don't fit! In the mean time they are taking money out of my account for something I can't help. I want my money back!!

      I purchased Byte - after a month of being pursued by one of their sales team. I am in my late 50s and I was unsure about a home product that promises to straighten teeth. I have a lot of dental crowns and root canals. Before I purchased the product, I asked my sales rep about a refund if for any reason the Aligners did not work or I had issues. He guaranteed me that Byte would refund my money if this was the case. I have this in writing via text. Cut to: I received the Aligners. They did not FIT my teeth properly. I couldn't get the bottom ones on at all, and the top did not fit correctly. Also, I hurt one of my back molars with a crown trying to get the Aligner to fit. I thought maybe I needed to apply more pressure to snap them on. I immediately tried their support number. No answer. They encourage one to communicate via their online support. I proceeded to send online inquires to no avail - many many inquires. Yesterday I did hear back from a nice young woman. She couldn't help me with my issue but was going to refer my case to someone who could help me. But she did verify that she saw on record the commitment Byte made regarding my refund. So far, no one has reached out to me to resolve this issue. My advice: Buyer beware. This company offers a medical/dental product and they have no one who can support their 'patients' dental issues, fit. questions. This seems really irresponsible and unethical. And it is so interesting that when I was deliberating whether or not to purchase these -- I heard from the sales rep almost EVERY DAY. And after getting a guarantee that if for any reason that the Aligners didn't work or damaged my teeth that I would be reimbursed my money. Does this seem like a legitimate business?

      Telephoned BYTE Cust Serv for direction on how to proceed w/ one of the aligners which was cracked and I was unable to wear. The automated system instructs that you email the issue at their website due to "higher than usual call volume". Now two days later, no response. Tried The App, it glitches...dead end w/each method of communication.
