      I agree with everyone! Byte was the biggest mistake! I was quoted 2 *********** going on 5, largely because no one is actually helpful! Im emailed every two months to send the same **** pictures for my refinement aligners. I got an email saying they were shipped and two days ago I was emailed again to send the same pictures and answer the same questions! The customer service just repeats themselves instead of actually helping! If yall are bankrupt, just say that! I am very close to taking legal actions!

      ******** customer service. Devices injured my tooth and they refused to give me a refund unless I had a doctor or dentist write them a letter stating that the aligners were not medically safe for me. Turns out that once you submit this documentation they then spend a great deal of time arguing back and forth with the dr. *** wrote it. Making it impossible to find someone willing to help you get a refund. They quoted me a time frame in which my treatment would be completed and half way through (6 months) they said that I needed to go back to step one and wear my retainers for double long in between trays. Ridiculous. My teeth were moving and the step one trays didnt even fit me anymore. They ask that you update them with photos every few weeks. Which I did. And never heard them mention anything was off at all. Until it was time for them to mail me my last set of retainers. I believe this company is unsafe and it stretchs the truth as to how much they can help you. Waste of money and 2700 dollars I cant get back.

      **************** is non existent. Ive been waiting for responses although I have complied with all their requests. Shame on me for not having done more research on this poorly run company. Most of the reviews are horrible. This company is probably on the brink of going under. They just cant get it right.

      You will not get the straight smile you are promised. I finally gave up telling them my teeth are still not where I want them to be. Byte for life is not real, you have to pay for it on top of the thousands you already pay. I urge you to use your dentist for retainers to actually get good care.

      I have fully paid for my Byte aligners of $3,187.62 and they only sent me my first half of aligners. Some of the aligners did not fit even though i did exactly the instructions. I messaged them multiple times regarding my issue and they refused to listen and continued to tell me to sign a document which i was not comfortable signing. I kept asking for a refund and they refused to respond and instead keeps telling me to sign otherwise they will not help me! I was already supposed to finish my treatment in February 2025. They not only wasted my time, but my money too! They are not cooperative nor trustworthy too.

      I am extremely upset with byte. I have emailed, called, used customer support and no in will officially respond. My aligners did not work after using them for a year. I even paid for the insurance coverage and they wont respond. I reached out about wanting a refund. I do not recommend this company it is a complete scam!

      I ordered aligners from Byte for $3,500, received them, but they did not fit. I contacted customer support, and they promised to send a replacement, but since then, they have completely disappeared no response in the chat, by phone, or via email.I paid $3,500, but I got a product that I cannot use. This is a scam.

      Absolutely unacceptable experience with Byte I was promised a refund for my retainers and was specifically told I would be able to update my card information before it was processed. They claim they are going to refund it but go silent when I ask to update my payment method. I have now spent two hours waiting for an agent on the phone with no resolution, and despite reaching out via email and calling the listed number, I have received zero help. This level of customer service is beyond frustrating. I need this refund to cover necessary dental work, and now Im stuck without my money due to their mistake. This has been going on for WEEKS. Byte, this needs to be fixed immediately. Do better.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 4 months of waiting and they never sent missing alligners they lost despite promising to send them. I messaged them ample times and gave them several chances to fix and spent additional month plus getting nowhere since 10/20/2024. Called and hour plus waiting no agent. requested call back no call back. second call almost 3 hours and no one ever answers. AVOID THIS BUSINESS !!!!
